Then they charged me another $526.00 for my service. This happened because Janice set up my wife's debit card as recurring payment to someone else's account. It took over 2 hours for Janice to realize that she applied the payment to the wrong customer. Also she argued that I was charged $125 for two service calls to program a digital timer. I have an analog timer. She was rude and abrasive when I demanded to speak with the owner or manager of the company as what they did could be considered fraud. I then noticed on my wife's account the charges caused 7 overdraft fees as we did not expect pool king to charge $426.05 to our account. I called back and spoke with the manager and he agreed that Janice really screwed up and that service through July was covered. Only it was not on July 6th I called pool king because I received a bill for June and July's service which I was not suppose to. After a lengthly and aggravating call with Janice I canceled my service. However the pool guy kept showing up. I only found out about it because the new pool company said he saw pool king come in after him on 3 separate occasions and asked if I was using them for just the jaccuzi. (I was not). August 13th I called again because I received another bill telling them I canceled my service, Janice did not cancel the service and in September I got another bill from them. In short these people are scum. Second. I will start with the beginning service. When the pool company came and serviced the pool for the first time I was charged for balancing the pool and initial start of service since the pool was green. Well they did not come back out again until 3 weeks later and the pool was green again. When I saw the charge for stabilization again I called to complain stating that we did not receive services that we paid for and it was their fault the pool was green again. They took off the charges. Third I was told I would need a new filter. I went and purchased a new filter. I noticed the filter I took out was one of the home depot knock offs that suck, and I always use Hayward. I left the old home depot filte out because I was too lazy to take it to the trash. A couple weeks go by and the filter disappeared. When I canceled service with Pool King the new pool service said I needed to replace my filter. Knowing this was impossible I opened the filter and saw the old home depot one there. The tech stole my new hayward filter and put in the old home depot filter. Do not use this company as it is a rip off and scam.

Excuse me? First, you should ask questions in a polite PROFESSIONAL way before you accuse me of leaving a false review. Yes, this company serviced my pool, or rather didn't service my pool the right way. I don't live in Ft Lauderdale, I live in Sunrise which is about a ten min drive from Davie. When I put in my zip code, many sites update it from Sunrise to Fort Lauderdale, I don't have a choice on that. And I can post a picture of the sticker this company left on my equipment to prove you did in fact come in. I can even pull out a bill from my garbage can that I just threw away that shows this company was servicing my pool. Since I have had a new company, not once, NOT ONCE has my pool even threatened to turn green. It's constantly a beautiful blue, so pool pump or weather being an issue? Excuses. And any time there's a problem with the pool pump, the guy tells me. Which is the right way to handle things. If I was ever more glad to have left a company, this is the one company I will never regret not using.

He found it within 10 seconds, just by walking around the yard and listening. He pointed at the ground, and yes, it was there- a tiny hole in the pipe. Underground. I asked him how he knew that that was the exact spot, and he winked and said, "Trade secret." Yes, these guys are good. Pump's working perfectly now. But I still want to know how he did that.
