Where to start... How about they took my payment and applied it to another customer's account…read more They charged a total of $430.05 for serviced on another person's house!! Then they charged me another $526.00 for my service. This happened because Janice set up my wife's debit card as recurring payment to someone else's account. It took over 2 hours for Janice to realize that she applied the payment to the wrong customer. Also she argued that I was charged $125 for two service calls to program a digital timer. I have an analog timer. She was rude and abrasive when I demanded to speak with the owner or manager of the company as what they did could be considered fraud. I then noticed on my wife's account the charges caused 7 overdraft fees as we did not expect pool king to charge $426.05 to our account. I called back and spoke with the manager and he agreed that Janice really screwed up and that service through July was covered. Only it was not on July 6th I called pool king because I received a bill for June and July's service which I was not suppose to. After a lengthly and aggravating call with Janice I canceled my service. However the pool guy kept showing up. I only found out about it because the new pool company said he saw pool king come in after him on 3 separate occasions and asked if I was using them for just the jaccuzi. (I was not). August 13th I called again because I received another bill telling them I canceled my service, Janice did not cancel the service and in September I got another bill from them. In short these people are scum. Second. I will start with the beginning service. When the pool company came and serviced the pool for the first time I was charged for balancing the pool and initial start of service since the pool was green. Well they did not come back out again until 3 weeks later and the pool was green again. When I saw the charge for stabilization again I called to complain stating that we did not receive services that we paid for and it was their fault the pool was green again. They took off the charges. Third I was told I would need a new filter. I went and purchased a new filter. I noticed the filter I took out was one of the home depot knock offs that suck, and I always use Hayward. I left the old home depot filte out because I was too lazy to take it to the trash. A couple weeks go by and the filter disappeared. When I canceled service with Pool King the new pool service said I needed to replace my filter. Knowing this was impossible I opened the filter and saw the old home depot one there. The tech stole my new hayward filter and put in the old home depot filter. Do not use this company as it is a rip off and scam.

PARAMOUNT POOL (Andy) did a service call for our pool. He not only conducted a comprehensive…read moreinspection of our pool's equipment, but also took the time to troubleshoot other issues with the suction valves. Andy was very professional throughout the process. In the 20 years of using different pool companies, Paramount is at the top of my list. I had a new Jandy Pool pump installed last August 2025. The water reservoir wasn't filling to the top, and our pool cleaner wasn't working--also, there were some bubbling noises inside two of the pool valves. I contacted several pool companies by phone and provided pictures to diagnose that my suction valves were old and needed to be replaced, and that my pool cleaner had a leak. I found Paramount on the Jandy website as a warranty service provider. Andy texted me right away and answered all questions promptly. He took the time to provide several troubleshooting tips via text before scheduling a service call. He alerted us prior to his arrival time and conducted a detailed inspection by removing each valve to check for leaks. He located a minor leak in one of the valves and patched it. My pool cleaner did not have a leak, as it started working after the valve was repaired. He noted that the other three valves, although old, are in good working condition and should be replaced when they start to fail. He fixed the issue with our pump and corrected the bubbling noises. My pool is in excellent working condition and running efficiently. I highly recommend Andy for any pool services, as he exceeded expectations with every service he provided. I'm happy to say that we have a pool servicing company for any future needs. GREAT JOB ANDY!

It took him five days to fix what two other companies have not been able to fix since July. Our pool has NEVER looked this amazing so naturally we set up our monthly pool service with him. He is more than reasonably priced - and I look forward to him putting his skills to work when time comes for us to re-do our pool. But for now, we are MORE than happy. He is the Yoda of pool repair - the pool whisperer! He's freaking awesome!
