Imagine telling your pool servicing company your pool is turning green and the pump isn't working.... Then imagine them calling you ONCE to enter your community and leaving. No text message, no voice message nothing (until you reach out to them to ask where the heck they are!). Imagine a company that you then contact to tell them they need to come ASAP... and they say "let me see if I have someone working and I'll get back to you". Imagine not hearing back from them and coming back to a pool that looks like a nuclear waste site. Imagine having a pool servicing company and having to spend $130 in chemicals and shock treatment because Aqua Pools can't do their job. I asked for some quotes on replacing my pool pump, as it died. I did send pictures as well. Pedro messages me and told me that it was most likely the motor only, as the pump was a great brand. Gave me a very good quote and came out and replaced the motor the next day. Others were suggesting to replace the whole pump for twice the price. Aqua is affordable and great. I have seen countless times it was pouring rain and they still did their job. Not once in the 2 years I had them did I see algae. I did the pool myself and struggled all the time! We found Aqua and no problems. They also found a little leak fixed it for less than a 100 while everyone else tried to charge hundreds. read more

They are part of the HMS home warranty scam. They will come out and provide any excuse possible not to have your repair covered. Avoid at all costs. Tried to tell me that having him maintain the pool would have prevented my pool heater from rusting internally. Yeah cleaning filters and changing pool chemicals would prevent a 10 year old heater from rusting...because...magic. Avoid HMS like the plague as well read more
