He behaved like the pool cleaning wasn't going to be paid and started texting uncontrollably to pay him, that I wasn't being fair etc (I'm attaching screenshots) when I told him from the beginning that we didn't have cash, cards or checks and needed to pay via one of the methods used and he just kept sending the payment link which doesn't have the option of paying with PayPal or Venmo so I decided to wait until our cards arrived in the mail on Friday (today) to go ahead and proceed with both of the quotes he gave us which was $580 for fixing the motor of the pool and $75 for the pool cleaning. He still decided to behave as if though we need to request someone cleans the pool for free and were never going to pay him. They are prompt in answering and he accommodated for his employee to come out on Wednesday and treated the pool for a bit of algae that had accumulated due to the motor being damaged but the way he handles business is unfortunately not good. We were going to hire his company for our monthly plus the fixing of the motor and he completely ruined that because of the way he behaved. So today I pushed myself to do it but after the work was done the motor was running 2 minutes and stopped again and again. After checking , sure enough it was 250 V... so I put back the switch of the motor to 220 and voila it worked !! This Start Pool Cleaner showed up when I was not present, let himself in through the side gate, without any prior announcement, and proceeded to do the cleaning without ever being asked to do so. I found out two months later that I owed them for cleanings that were never agreed to, and the owner came and changed my filter without my presence, which might have been better had he made it known in advance the actual day and time so that I could be there to pay attention to it. I paid another pool service the same two months, so I was double charged by Star even though I did not sign any contracts, or even meet them in person.

Aside from the fitness center they have: a skating rink, basketball court, spa, event rooms you can rent, a pool table, bowling alley, tennis, cycling, two pools and a jacuzzi. They host a lot of events- especially during the holidays. This month they are hosting a foreign film special which I'm really interested in considering foreign films is my favorite genre. As a member you are allowed up to about 15 guest passes where your guest can use all the utilities for free. If you exceed the amount of guest passes then you can simply buy more for about $10 each.
