Let me start by saying they are local, they care about our pets, they give them the individual care that each one needs (meds, lotions, etc) they meet the pet prior to intital care and they keep your pets regular schedule as much as possible. They are prompt, trustworthy, veterans which meand they are responsible, and they have never failed me or my pets in any way. These guys have checked on alarms at my house, continued on as if nothing happened when I forgot to pay them before I departed for Mexico (this only happened one time). They send me pictures almost every day along with the highlights of the visit. I have 4 dogs- Cooper who is very hard to please, Monkey who is very energetic and destructive, Walter who is a service dog and therefore he is much more needy than the rest, and Axle who is just an overall handful-- These guys came in, took control, and the dogs ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!
