After research on Yelp, I contacted a couple of pet sitters and Ray's response impressed me the most. After meeting with Ray and Tracy in our home, I felt even better about the decision-they were personable and professional and the pups loved them. Their prices are also very reasonable. During our trip, Tracy was the one who visited our pups. She texted updates and pictures every night, which I appreciated. When we got home, the pups were happy and healthy, and everything was right at our place. Ray and Tracy really care about your pets and about doing a good job. We will be using them again for future trips and definitely recommend.

The space looks good and my dog has been only twice but now tries to jump in the car every day thinking she is going to day care. Another thing. This is not an evil commercial place. I (stupidly) left my wallet at home one day and felt completely embarrassed asking Greg if I could pay double the next visit. He said it was no problem. So understanding! I'm definitely bringing my pup at least twice a week for the foreseeable future. Definitely recommend.

This is a large and truly impressive state-of-the-art veterinary hospital complete with exam & treatment rooms, labs, O.R., rehab, grooming and boarding. Upon high recommendations, we made an appointment to take my grandson's Preschool mascot in for a "checkup." We were immediately greeted by Ms. Melody who was very sweet and accommodating. The waiting room is divided with one side for canines and the other for their small feline friends. Dr. Collin Hummel ushered us in! He was gracious & lots of fun--sharing all about the facilities and giving us a full tour. The staff is always busy tending to their patients but warm & welcoming. How I wish they had a sister healthcare place in Broward, but if I lived in Fort Bend County, Texas, this would be the choice for all of my Nala's healthcare and grooming needs.

Her name is Bella Ruse I enrolled her in the daycare and train. The difference in her behavior afterwards was amazing. I honestly don't think I would have been able to keep her if the training hadn't worked. Bella Ruse still attends doggy daycare most of the days when I'm at work. She LOVES Lone Star. Once we pull on to the street where the facility is located, she start wagging her tail and practically pulls me out of the car to go inside. She comes home happy and tired after playing all day with her friends, while watched over by the caring staff. Whether you're looking for boarding, training, daycare or grooming, I couldn't give this place a higher recommendation.

Clearly, they do not have the patience for animals even though they advertise training options. I was told that she was "tightly" matted, yet we brush her daily. Clean, the place didn't smell of urine. Quiet, there wasn't a ton of machines running and dogs barking. I believe this is because the place had lots of space and rooms to compartmentalize, rather than packed in one small room. Kind people, the lady was very nice and accommodating to my requests. Con: The actual haircut didn't look that great. The groomer listed when I pointed out some fixes and adjusted accordingly. However I could tell inherently, the cut wasn't that great. It was even and the wash was done well, but the actual aesthetics were not there. My shih tzu was done in a way that left her eyes looking very sunken in. I included a photo taken after some adjustments.
