Working in tune with all the little nuances of my life to curate a care plan and treatment that helped me push through and taught me how to be aware of triggers and how to best work through rehab process. He was the one who also helped me get my spinal tumor found as he knew that something wasn't working right when the treatment (at the time) had plateaued, and he encouraged further medical testing. That resulted in a spinal fusion and he worked to get me back in functioning order - most importantly, safely. This genuinely may have saved my life. When I think back to the weeks & months immediately following surgery I do not know how I would have survived or rehabbed safely without physical therapy - hands down. Now, I'm getting therapy for scapular dyskinesia. This time, it's much harder to create the mind-muscle connection, but my therapist Alex gives me great tips and he spends a lot of time with me to make sure I have good form. Slowly, I can tell my posture is improving. Finally, the ladies at the office are always very helpful with scheduling my appointments. They remember my name, which makes me feel welcomed.
