The short rib parpadelle with housemade pasta and a perfectly medium-rare, well seasoned hanger steak with truffle fries completed our satisfying and belly-stuffing meal. The cocktails are serious as well - the presence of a drink with egg white is my personal litmus test for a bar that knows what it's doing, so the Thyme to Bloom special had my name on it. One of the managers showed us there were two menus on the website but was willing to honor the lower price. The meal was OK. There were a decent amount of shrimp and they were of good size. I didn't love the taste of the pasta. The bread that came with the meal was average at best. If I could give an honest review, this place would get 3.5 stars. I would try this place again but probably wouldn't go out of my way.
