I drove my car roughly to the area where I thought they took them in and went inside. The guy was very nice and took my info, but also asked me if I wanted to share it, meaning I could opt out if I wanted to. I asked if they had differing levels of oil changes. They do, and I got the lower end package. They still checked fluids, bulbs, and other things. They will offer to replace, but some of it is pricey. Some bulbs are very difficult and would be worth having them replace, others are just simply pulling out the connector and replacing the bulb. The waiting room is a bit small, but the wait was actually very short. All three bays were full when I arrived with 2 cars waiting. I think I expected to be there longer. When they were done they gave me a rundown of everything they found. All was OK, except for a few bulbs that they recommended replacing. They aired up my tires, and even had covers for the stems that were missing them. (Thanks to the last place where they checked the tires and didn't replace any.) It reminded me of my old experiences at Jiffy Lube. They highlighted one issue that could have been serious. The guy mentioned my car was a little slow to turn over. I had noticed that and wrote it off to the weather. He suggested I get my battery checked. I did, and found out there was a lot of corrosion that had been hiding under the battery cover. This was absolutely starting to cause problems! I appreciate his noting that! HIGHLY recommend this place. Friendly and thorough. That's tougher to find these days. I'll be back!

I chose the higher-end oil, but it was surprising to see the price that high--especially since I didn't even have any filters changed. The service itself was very fast and efficient, which I appreciated. But overall, it's pretty expensive for just a basic oil change.

He sent a tech out who could not figure it out. After the manager "looked at the tapes," he fled his place of work and lied to his staff about coming back. After nearly three hours of waiting for the tow truck they called and waiting for Rob to come back-- we were forced to leave my car at Valvoline and take a $50 Lyft home. I was able to start a case with Valvoline, but I have received NO communication from the manager Rob or area manager Grant. My engine in my car is no longer working directly after an oil service, and the local leadership has not communicated at all. No rental car, no help getting back home (we were visiting Bloomington). Every time I visit, they perform a thorough inspection and clearly explain what may need attention in the near future, including the remaining life on brakes, tires, and other components. I have complete trust in their team and have never felt pressured to purchase services I didn't need. Today, on my way to a meeting, my tire pressure light came on. Since I work in sales, I didn't want to risk stopping at a gas station just before an appointment. I was close to the west side Meineke, so I stopped in to see what it would cost to check my tire pressure. EJ was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely happy to help--which you don't find everywhere these days. The team checked all my tires at no charge, added air to the one that was slightly low, and sent me on my way. Exceptional customer service and a great company overall. Note- be sure to make sure their system is correct in listing your oil type. My car says 5w-20 on the oil cap, and their system said 5w-30. They were very nice when I noticed the 5w-30 listed on my sticker and requested the other. Time it right and you're in and out quickly! There is an attached car wash, but I'm not sure if it works.

So I loaded the flat into the back of my car (Prius hatchback) and off I went. Super friendly ladies running the cash registers. They directed me to the service bays. Larry came out, took a look at where the piece of metal was in my tire and told me they couldn't plug it (too close to the sidewall) but that they had a used tire the same size that they could sell me. Awesome! Larry came out to tell me how much it would cost, 49.35 for tire, balancing, getting rid of the old tire and tax, reasonable, and told me to go inside and pay and he would get the tire. So I went in and paid and I didn't see Larry changing the tire so I waited. There is no place to sit, so I stood around outside and waited. I got tired of standing so I got in my car and waited. I waited about an hour. I figured they were busy, but now it was over an hour. That's when Larry saw me and asked me what the problem was. I told him I was waiting for him to put on the tire. OH, he said, I put the tire in your car while you were inside paying. He didn't realize I actually wanted him to put the new tire ON the car. So, I basically sat around for over an hour with the new tire in the trunk of my car. Larry put the new-used tire on in about five minutes and I got out of there. Not sure why he assumed I didn't want the tire put ON my car since I drove in there on my little doughnut spare. Next time I will communicate more clearly. All in all, decent price, good service, just a really long wait for no reason.
