Explanations: They ALWAYS take the time and explain what is wrong along with avenues to fix. I found these guys one day while I was driving and heard something stuck in my tire. I pulled over into Speedway and found it was a nail. The boys immediately through my car on the lift, removed the nail but told me that the nail did not puncture the tire. THESE GUYS DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THEIR TIME. That sold me. I have since brought my vehicles exclusively to them because I trust them. Another great thing they have done for me is to tell me (in one circumstance) that it would be best to bring my car to the dealer because it would be cheaper for me. They gave up their opportunity to make a buck because they obviously care about their clients. I hope these factual events help you make a decision.

I first brought in my old Nissan Murano here (over 150k miles) and although this car needed a lot of work (like all the time), Mavis proved to be one of the most trustworthy and transparent shops in the area. Then I got a Jeep (also over 150k miles), where it came with less problems but also was serviced by Mavis because of my good experience with them back when I had the Murano. Fast forward to today and I have a brand new car with no issues. I service it at the Honda Dealership for the most part but when I got a screw lodged up in the tire recently, I decided to pay my pals over at Mavis a visit, where they were very helpful and efficient. They had me in and out of there quickly and were just as awesome as I remembered them.

Guess it's a weekend thing, but was nothing like when I went their last time. I was just charged $10 that time.

From the time I walked in the door everything was handled unprofessionally. The girl sitting behind the front desk was extremely rude and sitting on her cell phone. Not to mention her pants were unbuttoned like she was lounging at home with her foot on the desk. When I asked to speak with the owner I was given an attitude & a loud sigh as she reluctantly put her phone down and went to get him. Once the owner came up to speak with me, he seemed to have no idea of the situation I was speaking about, you would have thought I was speaking another language. He immediately ushered me off to speak with who I assume is the shop manager & walked away. This man was immediately on the defense Leaving me little room to voice my concern. I almost felt as if he tried to intimidate me out of my complaints (which he barely let me explain). After feeling Disregarded and unheard I walked out & felt the need to warn the Public about using such a poorly run business. Although in the end my truck was repaired properly I would never expose myself to such a shit show again. Take your trucks else where, this place a a joke & over priced.
