I first brought in my old Nissan Murano here (over 150k miles) and although this car needed a lot of work (like all the time), Mavis proved to be one of the most trustworthy and transparent shops in the area. Then I got a Jeep (also over 150k miles), where it came with less problems but also was serviced by Mavis because of my good experience with them back when I had the Murano. Fast forward to today and I have a brand new car with no issues. I service it at the Honda Dealership for the most part but when I got a screw lodged up in the tire recently, I decided to pay my pals over at Mavis a visit, where they were very helpful and efficient. They had me in and out of there quickly and were just as awesome as I remembered them.

He got home tried to open glove box to put his sun glasses in and would not open, glove box was fine for 40 years and worked when he dropped car off. I called Josh immediately he took car back and Josh got it open but the glove box lock was broken, the glove box was not locked so who ever worked on car went through glove box probably being nosey and some how broke lock, when he picked car up the girl who works there said she forgot to take the paper matt out so was it her? not sure. I went to Josh after my previous mechanic told me I needed to replace my entire instrument cluster…read more All the lights on my dashboard were flashing like a haunted house. Josh found that "weird" and decided to take a closer look. He quickly identified the actual part causing the issue--don't ask me the name, I'm not a car girl!--and replaced it. Now my dash works perfectly. If I had gone with the original advice, I would have spent thousands on a new cluster and still had the same problem. Josh saved me a ton of money and fixed the real issue. Highly recommend!

I call, he tells me another half hour. I come after that half hour, they still never worked on it. I asked about it and the mechanic grabbed my car right then. I don't know if there was a line, but I doubt it was long because why bother saying 30 minutes? Perhaps they let other people cut in front of me since I was waiting elsewhere. Whatever the reason is, IF I come back, I'm dropping the car off for the day and leaving it. $30 is a fair price though. So 1 star for the Unprofessionalism. A 2nd star for the price. I'm not rating the actual service because I haven't had any real work done on here. Just a generic oil change which any mechanic can do.
