Sissy and I went to Pomodori for dinner. They have your usual subs, pizza, plate entrees etc. If you prefer to dine-in, they have plenty of seating. I ordered their chiptole chicken sandwich, you can get the chicken either grilled or fried. The chicken was well cooked and the bread held everything in place. Chiptole sauce was fine but not as spicy as I thought it would be. Curly fries was cooked right but needed a bit more seasoning. Overall I rate my meal 7.5/10. We also ordered pizza and that was done really well. Crust and the sauce was perfect. Pizza is 10/10.

Always a solid choice, their menu is very big and delivery is quick. Pizza, roast beef and chicken fingers are my favorite here.

I drove 2 hours to Pomodoris because I was told they have the best roast beef on the north shore. It is true! Will be going back!

He is very attentive and always remembers us and our drink orders. He does his job well but more than that, he's fun to talk to. No matter how busy it gets in there, and it can get pretty busy on a Friday night, he makes sure to keep checking on his tables. In addition to Drew, the food is always consistently good, especially the sushi. Great all around place.

Hubby and I ordered some drinks, my cider was really good. Forgot the brand, but it was mango something. He had the stake tips, and they looked good , cooked perfectly. Medium rare. We also had the pork gyoza and they were tasty. Now, here comes the issue. The menu is very international, from American fare to Asian cuisine (sushi). I decided to order their queso birria tacos (quesadilla). Now, I am very familiar with this dish and the original version. I did not think they would not know what or how to make it. When I got the plate it looked okay, but it wasn't like the real Version (corn tortilla fried in the fat skimmed from the broth. The beef was good, and overall it was okay. But, u would never get that again. I would just stick to the regular food, like Fish and chips which was my second option. Overall it was good. I just know better when I visit again.

I don't ordinarily travel three quarters of an hour for a cheeseburger. My buddy said it was worth…read morethe drive. So we drove 45 minutes to hit this pub that serves 100 different kinds of hamburgers. Our waitress was extremely patient and attentive, returning to the table several times to see if we were ready to order, and laughing each time we said " I'm still reading this thing." I had a blue cheese and bacon burger ($16). He had a Hawaiian ($16). We both ordered medium-rare and upgraded from the included fries to the onion rings ($4) And really, perfection was delivered. The food was fresh and hot. Obviously not held under a heat lamp. The burger bun was soft and fresh, sturdy enough to stand up to the juiciness of the patty. The burger was perfectly formed. Thick and fitting the bun all around... no slop. The toppings were delicious. On the side of the dish, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Both burgers were perfectly medium-rare. Pink from edge to edge. (I suspect sous-vide in use, otherwise, magic.) What can I say about the onion rings? I usually don't get onion rings because they are usually a soggy, greasy, slimy disappointment. I don't know why I upgraded but I'm glad I did because they were the best onion rings I've ever had. Hot. Crispy. No grease. No murdered onion falling out of breading falling apart. The dessert sundae looked sooo good. But that burger and rings had filled all available space. We drank only ice water, and with tax and tip the whole thing came out to $51. There's no reason for this place to have 2.5 stars. Either there are bad reviews for a previous owner or there is some kind of vendetta or sabotage.)

Really outstanding hamburger and fries. I would rate this one of the best ever. Great place.read more

Paired with a clam chowder (with crackers), this was a hearty meal. There was outdoor seating in the back with some tables and standing booths. Looks like they are generally open 9am-6pm daily, sometime early May through year end. Order at the counter inside their little shop, pay, and head down the little alley (hold on tightly to your stuff so you don't accidentally drop anything enroute) to their back deck with limited seating, and access to their bathrooms. Listen up for your name and they will bring you your food on a tray. A family of three shared the 3 chicken lobsters for $50 during the 2025 season, and a dozen raw oysters for $30. My single lobster was $18. Single oysters $3 apiece. Creamy clam chowder $7. Stuffed clam $3. The $30 cold lobster roll came with cole slaw and a bag of chips. The hot dog roll looked small but was well filled with fresh sweet lobster meat. Her smoked salmon $8 were two thick chunks of fish. My hot in-shell boiled lobster arrived several minutes after, pre-cracked. Carefully poured out the green water, and I went at it. Making use of the sink by the bathroom afterwards to get cleaned up. A delicious way to start our outing to Rockport! BTW parking in the nearby area is paid and seasonal. Head to the kiosk, enter the license plate, pay an affordable price, and stick the slip on your dashboard. Parking tickets are no fun.
