Preordered the family style set #1 the day before. This includes 2 trays of wings. You can pick either 1 or 2 flavors for each tray. The winds are a mixture of flats and drumlettes. No all flats option as everything is premixed. The flavor choices are extensive so I just randomly picked 4 flavors which all ended up yummy. Set comes with fries, onion wings, cole slaw and picked radish. The set basically comes with all the extra sides for the same price as ordering the two trays separately so it's worth it. Fries were a hit and super tasty. Service here is amazing. As you can imagine, they were pretty busy on Super Bowl Sunday. Poor Kevin at the cashier! I had an issue with payment since I ordered the day before but Kevin asked the manager to come out and they were able to cancel my original receipt and print out a new one for the same day. The order is packaged nicely and they also send a reminder text when the order is ready.

There is a short wait because each order is prepared fresh for each customer. Although, they are located in Food Bazaar supermarket, Rokstar Chicken does provide seating options for customers who want to sit and eat their food. I am thankful that a YEE introduced me to this business. You will not be disappointed at Rokstar Chicken.

The Fresh Meadows location is right by Kohl's with ample parking. The standout hospitality began the moment I walked in. An employee directed me to the counter and helped me place my order, explaining the menu items. Another friendly employee ( I think his name was Alex) noticed my large order and personally helped carry four trays of food to the table, setting the tone for a genuinely great visit. From the first bite, it's clear this is far from ordinary fast-casual fare--the chicken is juicy beneath a perfectly crisp, non-greasy coating, and the spice levels are seriously dialed in, whether you opt for a manageable Mild or decide to take on a real heat challenge. I love that the chicken rests on the white bread which absorbs all the delicious juices. The menu is thoughtfully simple, focusing on sliders, tenders, and satisfying sides, all served fresh and hot. All delicious. The kale coleslaw is a triumph. So are the pickles. I despise pickles, yet ill eat all the pickles at Dave's. They're so good! And don't even think about skipping the Oreo milkshake, thick, refreshing, and loaded with real cookie chunks, it's the ideal finale, especially if you've embraced the spice. For anyone in Queens craving authentic, high quality Nashville style fried chicken, this spot is absolutely worth a special trip. Highly recommended, and to top it all, IT'S HALAL!!! WHAT?!?! AN ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER. PS. In an environment where bigotry is running rampant, this Muslim woman thanks you for making her feel a little more included.

I'm glad there is now in a location in Queens with a huge parking lot. The prices are not very cheap but they do give good quality chicken. The chicken is very moist and flavorful and the fries are seasoned nicely. I will be returning.

It's easily missed if you don't pay attention. There wasn't much pedestrian traffic either. Business is mainly depends on spread of words from returning customers. Right opposite from the cafe is Jmart Chinese grocery store which is convenient. Cafe closes 6 pm daily. Self service. No tips needed. Service: wait staff was very friendly. Food time was quick. Owners stopped by the table and started conversation. It was karaoke time when we walked in. Food: - their milk tea was highly recommended to us. So four of us tried the hot and cold milk tea and hot milk tea / coffee combo. All of them were very rich in flavor and smooth, exactly what a milk tea should be. $4.75 for a 12 oz hot milk tea is reasonable. - French toast with peanut butter: Love the syrup that it came with. It has a distinct refreshing flavor with delighted sweetness. Definitely different from other syrup from other places which is just pure sweetness. Owner told us the syrup was imported from England. Highly recommended! - turnip, fish ball, rice roll: 3 in one bowl. Portion is enough to share - scallion chicken: It was recommended to me also. It was indeed very tender and flavorful. $24 for half a chicken with one quart of soup. Conclusion: will definitely return. Even just stopping by to pick up a flavorful milk tea which is cheaper than a sugary bubble tea.

It was so lively with every table conversing coupled with Chinese news channels playing in the background. You grab a table, and order from the counter. Each bite was succulent and juicy, complemented with the light scallion condiment and sweet soy sauce. It also comes with a side of radish soup. Everything about this dish was homey and delicious. The other dish I got was a fatty beef with tomato-based noodle soup and an onsen egg. Classic flavors. Can't go wrong with both dishes. Portions are pretty large and I see everyone taking some food to go.

We order the family combos regularly when hanging out with friends, and it's great for sharing. The chicken and ribs are both juicy and the combos come with pita bread. Recently we decided to order a whole bbq chicken and rack of ribs with 4 sides. It was around 5:30pm but I was informed that it would take well over 90 minutes in order to fulfill my order. My family and I drive to Bell Blvd to kill time abd when it was time to pick up our Chicken Livers order, I was informed that the bbq ribs were not ready and that they ran out of mac n cheese. My family was famished so I decided to cancel the rack of ribs and go with another whole chicken and instead of the Mac n cheese I opted for another side of broccoli. The. Chicken was delicious as usual but not getting the bbq rack of ribs really left us feeling very disappointed. Fast forward 2 weeks and my family was hankering for bbq chicken and ribs. Instead of ordering ftom Chicken Lovers we opted to order from Danny's Grill. I know there is some history between thje 2 places. I think the owner of Danny's Grill used to be affiliated with Chicken Lovers. DG is on Bell Blvd a few miles south around 73rd ave and is a small place but they crank out tons of delicious bbq chicken, racks of ribs and chicken wings and other yummy food. The best part of it was my order of 2 whole bbq chickens, rack of ribs and 4 sides was ready in about 20 min tops. Plenty of street parking without worrying about getting your car dented by some idiot in the small crammed parking lot out of of Chicken Lovers. Next time you're in the mood for BBQ, check out Danny's Grill and don't forget #2 always works harder than #1!
