Due to my diet restrictions I altered the campero bowl that I order but the staff was so nice and actually made suggestions and helped me out with adding grill chicken on the side which did not come with the bowl. The staff went above and beyond we wanted to tip them because they were so nice and now days it's hard to get good service like that. I stopped by for a family dinner around 7pm and when I reached the drive-thru the male employee was very rude and at the same time rushing me to place my order (there was no one else in the drive-thru). Sad to leave this review from one of my favorite go to chicken spots, let me walk you through the experience. Went into drive thru and ordered a simple 8 piece chicken by itself along with 2 empanadas. They said it would be a 4-5 minute wait and we said that would be ok so here we are thinking we're getting some delicious crispy fresh chicken right? WRONG!! We drove back home which was about a 5 min drive and the bag was so soaked with grease and even worse the chicken was basically drenched in it!! So soggy and not the crispness that is usually produced. We had to clean the excess grease from our table from the leaking through the bag and inside the box. It was disappointing because my partner and I have never been to this location and we'd thought we'd give it a try... at least the empanadas were good but it just sucks the chicken was just wet and soggy with oil and not up to its usual standards.
