Ordered a 12 piece meal at the drive-thru and was told it would be an automatic 20 minute wait, as if they were discouraging me from ordering. Mind you, there was no one else in the drive-thru and the parking lot looked half empty on a Sunday evening. Once I paid for my meal at the window, I was forced to wait in the parking lot for what seemed forever. Worth the wait? The French fries I got were the same. They were even colder though and the package wasn't even full, not that it mattered because they were not even edible anyways. Sad to leave this review from one of my favorite go to chicken spots, let me walk you through the experience. Went into drive thru and ordered a simple 8 piece chicken by itself along with 2 empanadas. They said it would be a 4-5 minute wait and we said that would be ok so here we are thinking we're getting some delicious crispy fresh chicken right? WRONG!! We drove back home which was about a 5 min drive and the bag was so soaked with grease and even worse the chicken was basically drenched in it!! So soggy and not the crispness that is usually produced. We had to clean the excess grease from our table from the leaking through the bag and inside the box. It was disappointing because my partner and I have never been to this location and we'd thought we'd give it a try... at least the empanadas were good but it just sucks the chicken was just wet and soggy with oil and not up to its usual standards.
