Another burger showed signs of previously having cheese on it despite being ordered without. This is not a wrong order or missing topping. This is a food safety violation. We tried calling but no one answered and the voicemail was full. We will be contacting BurgerFi corporate and the health department. Strongly caution anyone ordering from this location until this is investigated.

Amidst all the white rice and the odd black bean here and there, was almost no flavor.. at the bottom of the burrito, there was a pocket of flavor like an oasis after all the white rice. It felt like they threw it together just to say, "Here, take your freebie and go." When someone gives without heart, it's empty no matter the price. If someone offered me this burrito for free again, I wouldn't take it. It was that bad. It doesn't deserve a higher rating from me, but it does deserve my light to shine upon it, because this is part of a much larger issue. The problem here is the same one that has consumed PLNT Burger: before and during early COVID, they were excellent- fair prices, good quality, and a sense of generosity. I tried many of their locations and I was a loyal customer. A few years COVID, it's as though businesses began seeking revenge on customers for the lost years and revenue. Prices, fear, and greed went up. Quality went down, portions shrank. Customer service became "I don't care if you don't like it." You can feel the difference when food is made with generosity and love. The Big Greek Café in Columbia, for example, is generous-you can taste it. You can taste the care and sincerity in every dish. But here, you can taste the stinginess and lack of care. You can feel the indifference. I gave consistent business to PLNT Burger before COVID, and I would have continued to be a loyal customer if things had stayed true. When things are done right, I'm loyal.
