The place is a bit dingy on the inside, and since I opted for clear, I didn't really peruse their color options. The woman next to me was getting a very fancy design on her nails, so they definitely have at least one technician who can do nail art. I do wish they used sterilized equipment; the woman I had just pulled her tools from her desk drawer and didn't even spray the equipment with alcohol. All in all I'm happy with how my nails came out, and I think $18 was reasonable for a basic manicure.
