Kristy called me the owner and gave me all the information I needed and explain what's going on. Since this was the first time my dog ever experienced this I had no idea what to do and she guide me through all the steps. just amazing customer service. I will definitely be back dad to leave my other groomers but I must return to kristi! Plus, my haircut was amazing. My puppies look so cute. Mostly with the front staff with very poor communication and making excuses for why the last time the service took 3.5 hours when the website says up to 2 hours. When I called to check in and ask why the excuse was that it depends on how many dogs the groomer has booked. This was never communicated to me, and they made no apologies for not telling me this at drop off or when I called.

Anyway - I'm so happy to be able to trust Morgan and Linda with making my furbaby look AND feel great! They removed all her dead and matted hair, especially from her neck and tail where it'd started to get pretty bad and were difficult for me to brush out on my own. She had so much dead hair caught up in her fluffiness that she had a more grey tone to her color. Now she's back to her shiny black! I thought she was getting more grey with age - but no she just needed a solid grooming! They shaped her to perfection, my cute lil poof! Like a soot-sprite from Spirited Away ;) Most surprising of all, she was ecstatic when I arrived to pick her up. Not for me, though!! She wanted to stay there with Morgan! I'm used to her bolting for the door, like "get me outta here!" But for the first time ever after the groomers, she hung back and barked at Morgan for more attention. When Ginger started speaking to hin in baby talk, we were both gone. My new girl was so sure they were going to kill her, she pooed in fear. Ginger took it in stride. I felt awful for my young dog, I should have done a shakedown visit. Even though the shop is crazy busy (deservedly so), they continue to do walk-in nail trims between 11-2. The cat was was incredibly dirty, had a bad case of the fleas that i addressed with a topical 2 days before i began looking for an appt for her. I contacted this groomer in the morning around 645AM with a text message within which i inquired about scheduling, procedure, and my sense of urgency. They replied very promptly, surprisingly, around 8AM with clarification questions about the hair length and whether or not the fleas are still alive on her body or not. They also informed me they were booked up at least 2-3 weeks in advance. As soon as i realized i had received a reply i immediately replied at 10:50. i was under the expectation that they would be offering me their soonest available appt.
