Horrible Horrible place, stay away from it! owner is so rude, nasty person, not only she add additional fees for no reason. she added $10 to remove the powder gel I had before. which makes no sense to any one. if you think they are reasonable prices you are mistaken hill no, you will end up a lot more than any other salon. she shaped my nail's horrible, my son said it looks like a FAT nail. spent $60 and I can not even look at them! four layers of gel powder, not shaped properly and if you ask her to fix something she gets angry and start bitching with the other Chinese workers about you. one of the better nail salons in the neighborhood. I've been coming here a long time and currently they are under new management and so far it ok. they. My 2 favorite employees are not here any longer so I'll have to see if they have anyone that fits my needs. This is a cash only spot so don't forget to hit the bank before hand, however, they do have an ATM machine and its a $2 refundable fee by the owner which I think is an added bonus (What places are offering that???). As with most salons I believe they water down the polish so if you can bring your own colors I suggest doing that. any nail polish I bring last more than 2-3 weeks. when I use their polish it lasted only 1 day (not good). over all he atmosphere is pleasant and the prices are reasonable. read more

My husband sent me a gift card as Christmas present. This is my first time to come here. I wish I could find it earlier. The nail salon is pretty big and very clean. The people here are very friendly and professional. The price is so cheap! I did a hot cream manicure and a smooth pedicure. I always feel neck and shoulder sour and pain since I have to sit in front of computer all day at work. The staff recommended me to do full-body massage for one hour. I thought it would be expensive but surprisingly it is just 29 dollars/hour. I really enjoyed myself here. It's a great place for relaxing and getting nails pretty. I cannot wait to bring my mother here to have massage next time. All in all, it's a wonderful place to have several friends spare time, chat, relax and get gorgeous nails. Many thanks to my love. Came back for a fill in and was told they no longer take credit cards and they pointed to an ATM machine they have inside the salon, I wasn't too happy about that because you have to pay a fee at the ATM And what if I didn't have my cards on me and not enough cash? It would have. Great to know this ahead of time. Not sure if I'd come back Though the gentleman who did my nails did a good job but the massage they usually five was prob 10 seconds long. read more

I have been going to Polished Nails for at least four years. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. What I really enjoy is how quiet and peaceful it is. You do not feel rushed. And of course, they give the best manicures and pedicures! read more

Extremely inconsistent service. The woman touched my nails to see if they were dry and ruined 2 of them significantly and then said it was me.... Wtf?? It happened right in front of my eyes so I don't understand how she tried to casually blame me. Also cut me during the manicure. And continued to be rough and brushed right over my cut. The management is terrible here. She staffs with only two nail technicians on a Saturday. I came in for a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. I came in very early, and was told I had to sit under a dryer while another customer who came much later than me had a lip wax and pedicure. When I said I was leaving because of poor service the manager actually yelled at me!! The manager has no idea how to coordinate and provide good service. The staff is very nice so if the manager is removed it would be a great place. read more

Good gel color manicure for $20. It lasted for 3 weeks, which I was very happy about. My only complaint is that the nail technician told me FIVE times how short my nails were(I'm a nail biter and I went there to get a gel mani to grow my nails out). It was irritating how she kept telling me, almost like making fun of me, for having short nails. Telling me once is enough. Five times is overboard. read more

This nail salon was by far THE WORST salon I have ever been to. Upon walking in there was an issue already with a client but I still proceeded to get serviced . My nails were gel polished but gave me a matte look so I asked for a top coat , lady and the man gave me an attitude . I went to this nail salon yesterday and they are just getting worse every week. They never say hello anymore and all the new people they have working there are horrible. This one was beastly, rushing everything and jerking my leg out of the water. Was talking about me and whispering about me in the owners ear. Asking me when my nails were drying if i wanted a massage, I said ok and she asked me to pay. I said what? They always give a massage. So she gave me one for 1 second. And went back to talk about me to the owner while I'm looking at them. I wait til the end to tip and i just gave her 2 dollars but I really should have given her nothing. I dont know why she was talking about me, I was going there almosy weekly for years and the owner must know my face!! Why would you let your new worker talk about a regular customer? My friend also noticed this crazy behavior. I have always been a quiet and polite customer and I would have complained while I was there but no one speaks more than 2 words of english! read more

They don't care about customer service anymore. I've been going to this place for over five years, and today will be my last time. The new staff don't have the same standard and the price has gone up. I got a pedicure and a callus remover one hour before closing time and the technician cut my ankle. I had to point out that I was bleeding and they didn't apologize! He just put my feet back in the dirty water and later pressed a mystery green liquid until it stopped. After he did my nails and sat me by the dryer, he asked for payment and I didn't get a single discount. Furthermore he stood and looked over my shoulder as I wrote in his tip. I sprayed my feet with fast dry and five minutes later, a technician comes over and asks if I have. I say yes, and she turns me in my chair and sprays my feet again. At this point I see that I am the last customer and they clearly want me to leave. At that point I'm just over it, and I'm checking my nails and she comes back and tells me that I can carry my shoes and walk to my car. WALK, with no shoes on, in the parking lot of a pharmacy. She says sorry, and I get that I've been kicked out. I have never been so disrespected at a nail place in my life. I picked up my shoes and left. And my nails don't look that special, and he didn't give me a top coat. Save your money. GO to a nail place down the street. read more

let me just tell you my experience, trust me, it's worth the read okay so I like to watch a lot of nail videos and I love this channel called nail care education on YouTube, it's great. they do acrylic nails using forms which is what I though this salon was gonna give to me. I tried giving myself acrylic nails but it didn't really work out and The guy in the salon had to get them off but when I watch these videos on the YouTube channel that I'm telling you about the lady from the video is telling me that when you take off acrylic nails with like nail tips or something else,is it damaging your nail. this man takes a credit card and starts popping off the acrylic that I had on my nails and my nails start bleeding and all you hear is them speaking a different language to each other and I'm just there sitting with my nails in his hand and they're BLEEDING. I expected my acrylics to be done with forms, and the lady put on nail tips.. my nails aren't even that short. but you get what you pay for and $25 for acrylics is pretty cheap. besides that it was fine, the acrylics look nice, but I don't like the fact that the salon is in a sketchy place and it just gives off bad vibes. also I had to wait 20 minutes until I got attended even tho I made an Appointment... will probably not be going back read more
