Service: Granted I've been a long time customer and seen this nail shop change a few owners, the service has never waivered. Everyone is friendly and polite. Quality: You can check out the pictures and be the judge. Polish Spa has been my go to! I would definitely make an appt. If you're looking to get designs and let them know what length you want and what kind of designs you're looking for so they can schedule the appropriate time to get it completed with the right nail tech. Price: Compared to other nail shops, they're beyond reasonable and definitely a lot cheaper than a lot of other nailshops I've visited before. Things to note: - Make an appt! - They're busy on the weekends, definitely worth going in on a weekday if you like getting designs like me - Be mindful of their time and other clients times, and come in with color and design in mind - Plenty of parking as it's in a huge complex
I've been going to this nail shop for YEARS! I absolutely love this place Katie, Kathy and Zoe are AMAZING! They're very precise, and will always make sure you're happy with your nails before you leave! I always recommend this nail shop to my friends, family and acquaintances all of my sisters have been here, my mom and girlfriends. You leave here feeling absolutely beautiful haha
10/10! I loved it here! The interior is very cute, very clean! Amazing customer service! Walked in with my sister to get pedicures and we got to spin this wheel and ended up getting a discount! The pedicure itself was very wonderful. I got the Spa Pedicure and the stone massage was just! My toes came out so cute. The prices were very good too! I definitely recommend you come to Polish Spa, I will be back!
Ive gone to Polish spa a couple times. They've all been like 3 star experiences, they accept your appointment but take walk ins and delay your service. I went today and requested a deep french tip for my short acrylic set (which I've done before with one of the girls, I cannot remember he name, and it was fine) and from the minute he (the owner Im pretty sure, the one who rings you up) began to apply the bead I knew I was not going to like it. I trusted the process but it did not get better. The acrylic was laid thick and when it was shaped it was thicker on one side than the other, the lengths were all a bit different and I had acrylic built up under the nail. I asked if he would use the nail bit to clean that up he said yeah, then when I once again pointed the thickness out and the build up he went back with a cuticle clip to try and clean up the build up, asked if I was sure it wasn't my real nail, it wasn't, so I said "no, trust me its not hurting me" he proceeded to remove it. Most of it was still left under my nail and the overall shape was thick and uneven. I had initially asked for a deep french tip and he said okay then proceeded to do a regular french tip. I asked again for the deep french and he began to gaslight me. He stated deep french cannot be done on short nails- that they don't do it, that it "doesn't look good" and overall cannot be done because there isn't enough space. The thing is I have done deep french on short acrylic and my toes in the past with them (In august actually. Right before I got a toe nail infection and had to have a podiatrist remove my nail). I told him if he wasn't able to do the design it was fine, he can just do the base color we already had and leave it at that. I then again repeated I wanted a deep french tip on my toes and he again said they cannot do that because the space is too small and it is a design for "long nails only". Honestly at this point I was getting very mad so I said just do solid white toes with regular polish. And the girl (who was very nice, honestly 4 stars for her, not 5 bc she never spoke up and said she could or could not do the design) did that. I walked out with an okay pedicure experience and a horrible full set experience with the owner. He was not "seeing" the imperfections and then tried to gaslight me into believing they don't do deep french on short nails. The problem isn't not being able to do the design the problem is not being honest about your work. If you haven't mastered the technique it is okay to say that- I know he is not able to do the deep french because he did it on my toes in the past and it was honestly very ugly, lines weren't blended and such but I chose to not say anything that time). I gladly would've came up with something else if he would've said wasn't able to do it bc of technique. This review is veryyyy long but overall the girls who did the pedicures were very nice, good work from them but he ruined the experience for me with his work and customer service. We will not be returning again.
So, I went on the second day of opening. It was MAD busy. I made an appointment but I knew I would still have to wait. If you're not in the mood to wait, check back in a couple months once they figure out their scheduling. The lady that did my nails and toes said she didn't work there, she was just helping out for the day. She was nice and experienced but left my heel bloody because she used the callus scraper but I don't really have a callus.... They served me two glasses of wine over a period of 3.5 hours. I arrived at 2:30 for my appointment and didn't get seen until 3:30 but this is expected with a new business. People were waiting longer than me and they were turning away ALL walk ins. They have a huge choice of polish and the salon is top notch and beautiful but wait a while to go or make an appointment for 5pm or later. I'll go again but plan better...

Decided to give this place another try since there's new ownership. Made an appointment for 4:30 pm and waited 20 minutes before walking out. What's the point of taking appointments if you can't even seat someone for their appointment slot. I even arrived a few minutes early. Disappointed again. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but me and 3 other friends/family have had less than pleasant experiences so far. First, my partner and I wanted to get manipedis for our anniversary. They cut my partner's wart on his foot and caused him to bleed out for a few minutes. He has warned the nail tech twice about it but it still happened. Yes, it was an accident, but he has gotten many pedicures elsewhere that have had no problems before. Then, the gel manicure I received started peeling after 4 days, and had many sharp edges. When I got it removed I and found a lot of peeling nail edges that were never a problem at other nail salons. Third, my cousin got a dip manicure. A week and a half later she goes to an urgent care to get an infection drained. The doctor confirmed that the likely culprit was her recent manicure. The same cousin then took my niece to get a manicure for prom and tried talking to the salon about her infection. The salon denied that the infection could be them and offered no compensation or apology of any sort. My niece was in the back area receiving her manicure and overheard all the nail techs whispering about and infection, then stopped when they realized she could hear them. Afterwards, they charged my niece full price even though they were still advertising their grand opening discount. TLDR: this place is cute and has a good selection of colors, but it's definitely a new business with a lot of growing to do before I will ever consider coming back. read more

I was lured in by a mutual friend and beautiful photos on their Instagram. I just wanted my nails to like the picture. They kept telling me I had to change my acrylic fill to be a dip powder full set to get something like it so I said no, and showed them a different photo. Again they said I'd have to get powder again so I showed them another photo. They asked me to choose my color, so I chose a pretty blue similar enough to the picture. They asked me if I wanted a base coat under to be nude or not. I wasn't really sure, I just wanted it to look like the picture. I asked her which one do you think would match the best, and she said idk you choose because you might like something different. I chose a color and went with it. I usually can't tell if something looks nice or not until the whole thing is finished. The outcome was not what I wanted. I told her I'm sorry I don't like it. They asked me if I wanted to change it, they'd have to charge me extra for the design they had painted before, removal for it, and extra for the new color. I was PISSED. I get it, you did all the work, you want to charge accordingly, but if a customer is not happy with the outcome and is wanting to change it with you guys still, at least offer something a little more accommodating. They charged me like $45 dollars extra (which is like a whole extra fill) I'm not one to cause a scene, so I paid in full and left. Me being a new customer, I would never go back again. Customer service was shitty from jump, and my nails started with a trainee that wasn't doing so great and ended with someone more experienced who's customer service not great as well and they don't give you advice on what to choose that will be similar so if you don't like the color it's totally your fault and they'll charge you for it. I didn't get a photo of the ugly set she gave me. But it was not even close the the photo I showed them. If you know exactly what you want and the exact color to choose, it May be a good place for you. I thought I was coming to a great place that had amazing reviews but my experience was far from good. read more

I went to this place with an appointment and as I arrived they told me they didn't have time (super frustrating) but eventually told me they could still do my sisters and I. The lady who did my nails told me she didn't have time for a design and only could add sparkles if I wanted to. Later she told me she could do the marble like I asked but honestly shouldn't of even agreed because she did a horrible job. She finished my nails and they said I could still get the pedicure I asked for but also a mistake because it was soooo rushed and the guy who did it ruined my big toe. The paint also dried super ugly. TWO DAYS LATER 3 of my nails started LIFTING. Sooo annoying. If lifted like it was press ons. The material they used must be bad or she just rushed everything to make it this shitty. It was New Years or whatnot and I had work so I came back a day later to fix it. I drove all the way from ISSAQUAH To get them fixed. I truly wish I just asked for a refund because a diff lady did it and she didn't even care to do them evenly. Also they were so bumpy I wanted to cry afterwards and like last time this was during closing so I couldn't even have them fix it. I called and asked for a refund and they ignored me. I left their place with bumpy nails, uneven and she missed one of the nails that were lifting. I only noticed the lifting one when I got to my car and when I called to have them fix it. They didn't answer. I'm really upset I spent almost $100 at this place for nails to be ruined within 2 days I had to get a new fill else where. Such a waste of time. Also reading reviews I did notice they offer drinks while getting serviced but I wasn't offered any. Actually with covid going on it's very uncomfortable to have people without a mask for long periods of times. The girls working didn't even wipe clean the shields and I wish I said something to them because it's not sanitary or safe for other customers read more

This place is a bit on the pricier end, but it's totally worth it. I took my daughter here for her birthday (05/18) and they had been open just a few weeks. Honestly, this place is like an oasis away from most places. Upon entry it's bright, open, and well ventilated. One thing I can't stand about many nail places is the poor circulation in the store, so after a few clients, it smells like heavy fumes. The air purifier used is great, so there is nary a smell of high fumes. When you come in, you'll be greeted at the front desk with the most friendly and attentive staff. All the prices are will viewed, so it's easy to see what's available and the prices. They also seem to have deals going on because they're new (extra bonus). If you're a walk in, it won't take long. My daughter and I had appointments, but I saw people come in and be taken back within a reasonable amount of time. In terms of the actual treatment, I had an organic mani-pedi, my daughter had the kids mani-pedi. The group was so kind when they found out it was her birthday! They gave her balloons! We were taken to our seats which had usb hubs (great if you need to charge your phone). The foot tubs had plastic liners (which to me is really important because it means it's one time use and then disposed (no chance of catching foot fungi). The tools were all in plastic bags so they were autoclaved for the metal items and tossed for the plastic ones. Again, this is super important to anyone who has worked in the med field to look for to avoid infections, etc. I had a hot stone foot massage during mine, and it felt like heat radiating all around my leg. Quite honestly it felt great! There was a paraffin wax for my feet which made it feel very smooth. The polish was gorgeously laid and included a top coat which made it shine and has lasted through till this review (no chips either!). My daughter had her hands and nails done, and quite frankly I'm a little jealous! She had a beautiful design done by one of the ladies. She was so happy! Our hand polishes were very nice, but lacked a top coat (that's where the one star comes off). I don't know if this policy, or if they forgot, but I'll be sure to ask for a top coat on both of our nails next time. Finally my daughter got her first facial. Holy cow was she in heaven! She went to a back room where they had soft music and a calming space. They used this special Dead Sea mud mask that they used the magnet to remove. She had me do a video just to show how cool it was...again, now I have to do it for myself! All in all, it was a great experience. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done there again. They also offer wine and other beverages as well. They were all very sweet and kind to my daughter and myself. I don't believe I'll be going anywhere else from here out. Oh! On another note, I saw multiple people come in to get gels and French manicures...boy were they gorgeous! Some of them it was hard to tell if it was their own nails or gels! read more

I came in with a 5:00 appt. Only to see 3 more patrons seated in pedicure chairs and serviced before me. I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes before anyone even came over to tell me what was going on. I watched as 2 other ladies who had appts wait as long as I did, and they got up and walked out. When I asked about swapping out the mask (I have sensitive skin) with the paraffin wax, I was told that they can't swap it out, but I could pay extra for it. Which I did. I'm also so confused as to why nail salons are STILL charging extra for gel polish. Like who in 2022 is still sitting and waiting for nail polish to dry? Come on y'all. It's feeling like a rip off at this point, cause...WHY?! read more

Happy client here!! I thought I would swing on in and try this new spot... I'm always hesitant to try out new places because they haven't been in existence for long. But based on reviews, I decided to give it a shot.... and they did not disappoint. I had Herry work on my pedi/and fill. I had a bad experience at my normal salon (she cut my finger while filing my nail) but Herry had great attention to detail and made sure that I left happy. All the staff was super friendly, was a GREAT atmosphere. Super clean too!! My hubs got a pedi too, his first ever. Lol, said that he will come back with me next time. I think Ivy was the name of the gal that worked on my husband. But from what I can see, they all do a great job. read more

I came in and got my friend and I both pedicures, fill & mani, and waxing yesterday for her birthday and look ! Her Polish has started peeling off and we were just there yesterday afternoon. The original polish I had chosen for my toenails looked weird when the tech was putting it on , it looked like there had been something put in it to thin it out so I changed colors, and because I liked the shade I didn't really inspect them that much. We were there a while so were in a hurry to meet my friends husband for her birthday lunch. Yes we should have looked at them closer but neither of us are happy. She Got a regular mani when she had thought she was getting shellac but she decided to stick with the regular since we were in a hurry. I had told the guy who did my fill that I liked a natural look with no humps and felt to my cuticles with no noticeable thickness in my nails but now when I look at them there's a big hump that meets my cuticle! They look nothing like I was hoping I had decided to give it a try again because I was there for grand opening and one of my old nail ladies who works in Auburn was helping out and said it was a good place because it was her friends new shop. I also have another friend that goes there and she has been happy so I thought I would like the end result but the more I look at them the less I like them read more

Worse nail spot I've been too. My nails are SHORT as hell and i was charged extra for length, each nail is a different shape & crooked. I asked to get the extra length charge taken off since my nails are short and the OWNER I believe is had told me "sorry not my rules". Didn't even clean behind nail. Finger tips SO DRY. And I was rushed to leave when my nails weren't even dry yet. $35 for nails that are not worth that is BS. Salon may look pretty but not good customer service!! Don't think I will come back & I WOULD NOT recommend. Way too expensive for horrible quality. read more

I was hesitant to try this place due to mix reviews, but I decided to try it out today. I have no regrets at all. The place is really big and my tech girl was Kelly. She did such an amazing job. She is like a perfectionist. I liked how she was constantly checking to see if my nails were even after filing it and if the nail paint was evenly applied. She kept asking if it looked fine and if not she would fix it. The people here seem to be pretty friendly. I will definitely come back. read more

Very clean and relaxing spa! I first visited this nail salon with a friend during the grand opening month. We were a bit sad with how our nails turned out the first time with shellac manicure. We got a few cuts and the shapes were uneven. It seemed like the nail techs were new and they weren't familiar with the different spa packages. I shouldve said something at the time but I felt that since we got a discount, it was okay. To be honest, was a bit nervous coming back but now I was super happy I did! :) I saw that they have been doing well with all the yelp reviews and thought I'd give them another chance to do my nails for my wedding this weekend! Boy,I was not disappointed at all this time around. The pearl deluxe pedi was relaxing and the foot massage was nice. The nail tech paid attention to my toes and cleaned them well. Didn't get nicked at all! And then I did a ombre dip mani and it turned out amazing! The nail tech for my nails was really skilled and did a great job with the detail I wanted. I wish I remembered the names. I know ivy was one of them and the other began with a C? But I was so thankful and found my nails perfect for my wedding day. Thank you polish spa! Will definitely be back for more. PS, the complimentary mimosas were a plus as well! :) read more

This is my first and last time coming here, asked for a regular manicure polish, and they cannot even do a decent job. I can do a better job than these people!!! Seriously go elsewhere! read more
