I was searching everywhere for a salon that could do an ash blonde balayage this week, but most places were fully booked and required deposits. When I called Jenny, she was available immediately, and after looking at her work, I knew I was in good hands. My hair turned out absolutely amazing. The pricing was very affordable, and the service was incredibly efficient. Other stylists had quoted me around six hours for the process, but Jenny completed my hair in about three hours -- and I have virgin Asian hair. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and I loved how all the ladies worked together as a team. I even received compliments from other clients while I was there. I'm not a very talkative person, so I especially appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere. It honestly felt like a spa experience -- I was able to sit back, relax, and close my eyes the entire time. I'm so happy with my results and would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful balayage work and a welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming back read more

I found this business here on yelp and saw that they did hair coloring. I booked an appointment and explained to the person on the phone that I had previously had chunks of my hair bright pink and that I wanted to do a color correction back to chocolate brown she said she would dye my whole head with dark brown dye and i would be fine, within a week the pieces that were pink were red and the rest of my hair was dark brown and it was super noticeable and I had called her and asked if she could fix it and she said to come in, and when I did I had explained to her that since my hair had been bleached so many times that it had lost it's natural pigmentation meaning she would need to use a filler color first and then go over it with the final color again so that it doesn't fade red. And she ignored me and proceeded to dye the red pieces jet black and I simply asked if she was going to put a filler color in once again and she said "who told you about filler color? Are you a cosmetologist?" And I was honestly shocked and just said no and she proceeded to do my hair the way she wanted. Within a week later my hair was red again. I'm upset because I paid 200 for a color correction and that's not at all what I got read more

I called in to schedule a consultation and they got me in right away. I wanted to get layers done because I'd never had them before. They trimmed and cut just right and also curled and sprayed my hair. Great people, and good price. Parking is a little cramped. read more

Worst haircut. I had long hair and asked for trim and now I have short hair. The older hairstylist didnt even listen what I was asking.

the shop was very nice, Jenny was awesome! My haircut and hair color were amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Went there, but truly dissapointed this time. The lady asked how i want to style my hair..and if i want to style it with flat iron, i said blow out, then she said curling iron? i specifically said blow and she nod..and nothing happened she send me off and pretend like nothing happened. Plus i asked for a shorter cut when i noticed i have a dry ends, she cut straight without added layer. read more

I was in need of a haircut. Looking for a place I found this salon. Messaged asking for a haircut appointment. I got a return message right away and scheduled the next day. Arrived and waited for a few minutes to get my hair washed. The shampoo was nice and who doesn't enjoy a good scalp massage. Christine cut my hair she said she had 20 years of experience. She cut and dried my hair. It turned out very nice. Salon was nicely decorated, they have blinged our lighting, wood floors and to separate the stations they had a wall of flowers on some or a drop picture cloth. Although the salon has been there a long time the salon did come under new management/owner? Not quite sure. The price was $40 for haircut with shampoo and blow dry & style which is quite reasonable. read more

Went to the salon to get a root touch up. I got there an hour earlier than my appointment because I was already in the area. Jenny and her team accommodated me very well and put me in an earlier schedule rather than waiting on my original appointment time. Tracy did my root touch and it came out perfect! Tracy was nice and very attentive and made sure I got what I wanted. Each time I come here I never get disappointed with the service and the results. I will surely come back to have my next hair color and haircut only at this place. read more

I got there and was helped almost immediately the staff seemed nice the lady that did my hair was really talkative and walked me through the process well which made me feel comfortable. They didn't know I spoke their foreign language I was pretty normal during my appointment but I guess to them I wasn't and they were talking about me in front of me in our language so it was sorta awkward. I just ignored it. Prices were good, I mean you pay for what you get right. I was really hoping my hair would've come out better, just because she said she's done hair for over 20 years. I asked for a balayage and got basically highlights. When she was finished washing my hair she styled it and then cut my hair again, which I thought was really weird. Other than that I don't hate my hair it's just not what I asked for. See pics and you'll see what I mean. read more

So happy to have found this place! The place is really cutely decorated. The ladies that all work there are very sweet. I called a week ahead to book for two hair cuts. My daughter went first and she was finished within 15 mins and she loves her hair. I went a little bit after she was in her chair. My hair cut took about 35 mins due to my thick hair and before this hair cut, I did not have a hair cut for about two years. I was super happy with my hair! I felt refreshed and light, and my hair looked so healthy. I do not regret the drive. I believe my haircut was about $35 and my daughter's was $20. Totally worth the money! read more

It's really a hit or miss. My partner and I had gotten out hair done previously and left satisfied months ago. He went in a couple days ago for a second bleach & tone. I'm not sure what happened this time around. I very politely brought attention to all the issues. I'm not a hair stylist and I can clearly see this is a terrible job, so I'm unsure as to why the stylist simply gelled his hair as if nothing was wrong. Jenny did offer to "fix" the issue on another day, but I think it's enough to say that we no longer trust their judgment or skill set. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Disappointed by the service. They scheduled me for 5:30. I arrived at 5:10 they took me in and looked at my hair and just assumed it was damaged hair. My hair has texture as I am middle Eastern. They said they want to test it to see if it holds color. So I let it even though I knew the hair was fine to dye it but my words didn't mean much to them. As they were putting the test dye, they said they really didn't even have time to do the service and to just come back tomorrow. I drove so far in traffic to get there and I am highly disappointed. I used to be a business owner and I don't usually like writing bad reviews but I also am disappointed that they wasted my time to go there just to say they didn't have time for the service I had requested in writing. read more

This was my first time at this salon and I felt loved and pampered from start to finish! Her response time to request an appointment is so fast! The ladies were so kind and made sure I was comfortable with the plan for my hair, allowing me to ask as many questions without frustration. Jenny gave me a consultation that would be the least damaging and most affordable option for my hair. I was pleased that they did a test strand as well. I could tell that Jenny was always paying attention to my hair and giving her girls advice to make sure i got the best look. I was so happy with the entire process! She certainly doesn't deserve this amount of low ratings. If anything, it seems that she's worked hard to improve the quality of her business. It makes me sad to see low ratings based off their limited english. Xenophobic views such as that should be left out of reviews. Most small businesses in America are run by immigrants, this language barrier should be understandable! Jenny certainly cares about her customers. I love this place, my mom and I will be coming back! read more

My wife has curly hair and has had two haircuts here with different results. The first time was great, but the second time they straightened her hair before cutting it. It came out surprisingly accurate length-wise, but the layers aren't deep enough to really accentuate her curls this time. read more

I guess I got what I asked for. I hate leaving reviews that are anything less than satisfactory but I'm feeling less than satisfactory with this one. I walked in and asked for a "quick trim" and that's exactly what I got. For reference, I have long hair, down to my waist and the lady, who was kind to me, put on a cover and just started trimming. I showed her a picture with layers and asked "oh shall I do layers?" Not sure if it was a language barrier, but I was told no. Was a bit disappointed but agreed. To my surprise we just started cutting my dry hair like that. No sectioning, no wash, no reparting of the hair, just a trim. I was surprised because with hair my length and thickness, a necessary step is to at least section off the hair. Perhaps this was my fault for not being more elaborate but I didn't want to be a troublesome customer; I just assumed since I walked into a salon I'd have a typical salon experience. The truth is, i don't get my hair trimmed often and I purposefully chose a salon to have a nice experience and hopefully walk out satisfied. But instead I walked out less than 20 minutes later; the men in the salon were there longer than I was. The rest of the salon was empty so I didn't see a need for any rush. Again, perhaps this is my fault for not being more specific but I didn't feel as though this was a standard salon experience. Came home and my boyfriend (who is very detail oriented) saw me looking dejected and when I asked how he thought it looked, he told me "it looks exactly the same." Idk. I just feel as though if I were to get this literal quick trim I could've done it myself. read more

Jenny and her staff are outstanding!! 5+ stars for great hair results and customer service. Jenny is always so quick to respond to my messages and does her best to communicate honesty and tastefulness. I messaged Jenny for an emergency that same night and she responded within minutes and stated she will do what it takes to make me happy and help fix the issue. Jessica was the one who shampooed, cut and styled my hair. My hair is pretty long and thick. She cut it medium length with layers. The shampoo felt great. I would go here again once my hair is long! I needed a cut/color appointment ASAP, but other places were booked at least a week out, minimum. Sent a mass message thru Yelp on Friday evening- Jenny replied within a few hours! She was able to fit me in Saturday afternoon! The time slot (on a Saturday, duh) was her peak time, so the busy rush was insane up until she closed. My husband took my son here to have his hair cut. It's a pretty basic cut, literally she was just asked to make it shorter and shave his part because he likes it to have a really clean line. As you can see in the photo, not only did she apparently decide to give him two parts in his hair, but she also changed her mind halfway up his head and chose to not finish the part she was creating. She also didn't do anything to his existing part like we asked. Apparently she thought she was good to go after she shaved the new part so poorly that his skin was raw and had little pricks of blood in it. He says it hurts, not a lot obviously but enough that it's annoying. My son is 12 and has just started at a new school, and now he's self-conscious about his hair because it looks stupid. It's not the end of the world, but middle school is difficult enough without having your hair mangled by an idiot. Next time I'll use hedge clippers since I'm sure it'll be a vastly superior cut to this. read more

So I was pretty nervous bc the reviews on this place have been mixed, but Christine and Jenny did a great job with my hair. It was my first time getting a balayage or doing any color to my hair, and I had a lot of questions and they patiently reassured me through the whole thing. I'm glad I listened to their advice bc I wanted to go darker but 'm rlly happy with my hair, and I feel like I'd be happy coming back here again to get my hair colored after this experience. Service is a little all over the place bc they were rlly busy and had so many things to do, but I didn't mind that too much. I think the price is nice for the services here. The balayage with bleach and toning I thought was reasonable for the quality. I would recommend if you're looking to add some color for a summer vibe! read more

Stylist wore a mask, the whole time, and was just awesome. I haven't had a pro hair cut in literally years not even because of Covid-19, but just because I don't enjoy salons enough to sacrifice the time. And she handled my shaggy, damaged mass of hair with style. It looks so good and feels better. I loathe hard sales pitches, and she asked if I had a treatment and a conditioner, since I came in with still-wet-from-a-wash hair, and had not put conditioner in. When I said I had stuff, she just said good, and went about her business. She recommended that I avoid heat style to avoid changing my vibrant colors (solid advice, and I rarely use heat, but it's good advice!) She didn't drag my coloring job, which is also awesome. I do my own coloring, it's an art project to me, lol so she totally could have, but she was so sweet and respectful. 100% would recommend to others. read more
