So after dinner, I decided to venture out and find a place for a sweet treat....after consulting Yelp, I decided on this place which was not far from the AirBnB I was staying at. Parousing the menu, I decided on a Raspberry Cream milkshake....and it definitely did not disappoint. The creaminess of the ice cream combined with the whipped cream and pureed strawberries made for a delicious and tasty treat. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely come here again. I've had the dark chocolate w/ sea salt and almonds as well as a 70% cacao dark chocolate bar. I thoroughly enjoyed both! They're vegan, gluten free, non GMO certified and a fair trade product. I had been looking for Triple XXX rootbeer in its usual spots but had not been able to find it. I had to grab a 4 pack, then I came across nehi peach and grape soda. When I tell you they had all of the soda you could think of. They did. Candy as far as the eye can see. Awesome vintage signage... you name it. It brought back child hood with the penny candies, pop rocks and many vintage sodas. I look forward to going back and taking some tum to explore this quaint little candy oasis. It was a treat.
