They waved my husband's 50.00 no show fee but sent me 50.00 fee.. I was so overwhelmed and confused because we had to find a septic company with short notice. It was a huge expense and now 50.00 on top of the septic company bill. Very upset.

What I got were frames that didn't fit and lenses that were not blue at all. They said the frames you try on are the ones you get and the lenses are changed out for the ones with the prescription lens and they do have "the best anti-reflective coating." But these don't fit. The ones I tried on first fit and were comfortable. Well maybe they tightened them up when they put the lenses in. To be fair they offered to replace them with another pair. At that point steam must have been coming out of my ears. I felt like a clown with kids glasses on they gave me a headache. She actually said if you hold them up just right you can see some blue. They look great on you. Again I wasn't buying it. They did refund me. It still didn't feel right. After this ordeal I went up to LensCrafters and did the exam again. I was so glad I did. They have up to date machines, it was completely different, like night and day. Three additional high tech machines aided in there diagnoses. When I compare prescriptions there completely different. Not even close, is that malpractice or incompetence. High tech vs old antiquated. Karen at Homer Rich refused to return my older frames until I met with the doctor to sign papers for them to terminate the customer patient relationship. That's fine like Karen said to me with all the things going on in the world I shouldn't get upset over this. But it did. It upset me a lot, so I went somewhere else and they were great. Dr. Samaroo spent a lot of time on my exam, discussed my options, and gave me a great prescription. I wear multifocal lenses for both distance and reading so the fitting can be tricky. My lenses arrived in 2 days. The billing was fair and transparent. They showed me the itemized bill with all computations and insurance deductions so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
