While I prefer getting a receipt right away, they told me they'd email me instead, which took a bit of work - I had to actually go back and get it in-person the next time we visited since a promised email version never was sent to me - a blemish in an otherwise good experience.

I thought the optometrist was very friendly as well as the staff outside the exam room. Fast forward a month later, my glasses prescription seemed to have been causing me a lot of dizziness and vertigo and so I called up to ask if they could maybe recheck my eyes to make sure that was the appropriate prescription as it had bumped up slightly. Patricia was very accommodating. Originally I was booked to come in the following Tuesday but due to my transportation issue, when a spot opened up that Friday, she called me up the day before asking if I'd like to come in then instead. My eyes were rechecked and it was basically the same except for maybe a slight adjustment in a lower script of astigmatism. I was given a new prescription and a trial supply of contacts with a slightly lower power to see which one works best. Patricia adjusted my glasses for me despite them not being purchased in the store but from Warby Parker. I really appreciate how accommodating and friendly they were and definitely recommend!

I also like to get the works on my glasses, progressive light changing glare, etc. with having to purchase a few pairs of glasses a year. I did not feel like spending $1000 on a set of frames that includes the prescription. Anne worked with me she was able to find the exact pair of glasses I was looking for that was covered by my insurance company. So all I had to worry about was the additional cost for my prescription. She was able to fit me well she was professional and sweet - easy to work with. I would recommend her particularly when looking for a pair of glasses.

I want to express…read moremy deepest gratitude to Dr. Andrea Kaiser, the ophthalmologist at Rose Hill Ophthalmology, whose professionalism and expertise quite literally saved my life over eight years ago. During a routine examination, Dr. Kaiser noticed an anomaly on the retina of my left eye. Recognizing the seriousness of what she observed, she immediately referred me to a specialist in retinal conditions. That referral led me to an advanced specialist who confirmed that the anomaly was, in fact, a melanoma -- a type of cancer. I was then referred to a surgeon in New York City who specializes in treating retinal cancer. The treatment involved a cutting-edge procedure in which a radioactive disc was placed on my eye. Fortunately, because of Dr. Kaiser's timely detection and insistence that I seek further evaluation, the cancer had not metastasized to other parts of my body. Her vigilance and dedication made it possible to treat the condition before it became life-threatening. I am profoundly grateful for Dr. Kaiser's diligence, care, and commitment to her patients.Quite simply, her expertise and quick action saved my life.
