We will absolutely come back- not just because the bowls were super tasty and filling, but because they let you use the aluminum bowls for dining in (instead of the throw-away plastic tubs). I usually bring my own utensils to get around throwing stuff away, but it seemed like they had reusable chopsticks too. And while I wish the plastic wasn't the default, there's a bin for recycling. Taste + customer service, this place was a win. Just be careful with all the fun spicy stuff- there are so many choices and adding it ALL is dangerous for even the most seasoned of tongues. I was craving some raw fish without having to sit down for sushi but going here pretty much ruined my meal and left me unsatisfied. Whatever you do, never get the "torched" option. When I saw that for the first time, I thought "hmm sounds good seared fish, that's delicious when it comes to sushi". I like the poke! Big portion and I couldn't even finish it. Everything was fresh and I love how they have fruits option in the poke (tangerine and mango I think). The crab meat was taste amazing, I can literally eat that by itself! Food I would give it a four star but their service was great! The choices were plenty, and the flavors were perfect. Choosing your own bowl fixin's may seem daunting, but when in doubt, throw it in! With unlimited toppings (except for the few things that are charged extra, like avocado), you can try a little of everything. The spicy ginger sauce is probably the epitome of umami goodness! Try it. And the best part of the experience was that they were willing to let us eat from the aluminum bowl instead of a throw-away plastic bowl. I'm a Poke fan, have been to other Poke places in the area and decided to give a shot today to this one. Pros: Very clean and spacious restaurant. It's new. Salmon is really fresh, actually all ingredients. Brown rice was tasty, well cooked and warm. Cons: They have many different types of sauces. However, compared with other Poke places, I was missing the basics. They didn't have a basic tasty sauce. Unfortunately this is an important thing in a Poke bowl. My bowl didn't have a lot of flavor. I was hoping that this one would become my favorite Poke place (it's closer to me) but not this time. If you like very different sauces, this may be your place. ps. me and my boyfriend found this place by uber recommendation of picking up an order. i saw the menu was very interesting, liked what they said of seafood and tofu. so one day we tried it. the base of our choices and more, the sweet onlon, the kale and more. the sauce and topping!!! My fave is the poke burrito, but the salad and rice versions are equally good. They used this machine that flattens the rice on the nori before the ingredients are piled on. I suspect this is why the burrito is always a perfect roll. Next time I am going to try the Poke Nacho since it sounds awesome. read more

I saw this post in Vegans of Katy about the vegan options here. I was really excited to check this place out because I've been on a poke bowl kick lately. Thankfully they didn't disappoint. They have 3 base options and you can add 2 or 3 proteins depending on if you want a small or large. When I said I didn't want protein and that I didn't eat tofu they discounted the price of the bowl which was super awesome!!! I still paid extra for avocado but I didn't even mind. They have a lot of great options to add to the bowl and the sauce was really good. I'm so glad I found a vegan friendly place so close to my house. Can't wait to come back! read more

Ordered from here for the first time today and ordered 3 bowls with shrimp in it. When I received my order the shrimp looked completely raw and clear looking. Chewing it tasted like fat almost. It grossed me and my family out we ended up throwing it away. When I called to discuss with the manager I was told it's cooked different like ceviche style and that they would comp me one bowl on my next order. Really? This has become one of my favorite poke spots to go to. Everything is really fresh- the fish, rice, toppings- and the quality is always so good. The flavor/ sauces they have to offer is great. I like how they offer kale in their bowls too, which is unique and many other poke places don't have. I love to add it to my bowl. The kale noodles are also really good! The also offer spam musubi which is very good as well. It really adds on to the Hawaiian theme of it all. The interior is orange, bright, and very aesthetic. They have a little wall of Hawaiian flowers and leaves with an aloha sign which adds to the touch of their theme. It is a very clean and spacious environment with a nice atmosphere.
