The poke here is good. No complaints. Serving sizes are adequate. They have poke that comes in the form of a burrito. I thought that was pretty neat. They also serve boba here. I've gotten the honeydew boba. It's not the best but also not the worst. They use the powder for flavoring but if I want boba and don't want to make 2 trips, it will do. read more

DISAPPOINTED!!! 1st time there-thought I was in the area and wanted poke. Saw the reviews on Yelp and saw it was good. I went for lunch just now and DO NOT ORDER THE CRISPY SALMON SKIN HANDROLL!!! Saw they offered handroll while paying for my poke bowl. Purchased the 3/$11 and made 2 of them the crispy salmon skin I watched the cook turn off the timer before it went off; didn't say anything cuz figured he knows what he is doing-he is working at a poke place for heavens sake! Got home and sure enough, NOT CRISPY at all!! Took a bite and it was RUBBERY AND TOUGH; no "crunchy"!!! Unable to eat at all. I really hate to leave a bad review for this place because the food is so good. I just feel awkward every time I go in. The customer service with the young adults are not so welcoming. It feels like it's in inconvenience that we are ordering food!!! The guys that work there are easily irritated, you ask for this or that and they immediately get frustrated. It's also annoying how inconsistent their portion sizes are. It's different every single time. I'm sure I'll be back, just not as frequently. I would of have given it 5 stars but I just can't stand rude service. read more

I had the Big Ahi Tuna Bowl, I believe. It was good, a lot of food. The ingredients were fresh. The restaurant itself is really clean and decent. Staff is decent. I'm not a big Poke critic, to me it's all the same. But if you're craving poke, you should check this place out. read more

On March 10th, I came here around 8:30pm right before closing and asked for 3 different sauces and they weren't in my bowl. I saw her make the sauces right in front of me but because of the slight obstruction of view from behind the window, I didn't see her put the sauce in the bowl so I have no idea where it went. Very strange. I drove home 30 minutes away, and come to find out it was dryer than the crack of Santa in the summer. It was my dinner and it really disappointed me that I wasn't satisfied because it did not taste good. I feel bad writing this because she was so nice and I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. Just make sure your sauce is IN your bowl before you leave this place if you order to go. Called the store to see if I could get a discount or free drink in compensation for my dissatisfaction but I haven't heard back. read more

I ordered a Poke Bowl with Octopus in it as one of the proteins yesterday. When it came time to eat it when I got home, a horrible fishy smell came from the Octopus. Smelled so bad. I had to pick it all out before eating the rest. So gross. FYI: I eat sushi and poke bowls at least once a week and I've never experienced Octopus that smelled like old fish. read more

Second best poke spot that I know of in town! Went here today because I didn't feel like driving to my tried and true spot, and was satisfied with the ambiance, customer service, and the fresh food. I ordered today @ 1230 pm. I was asked what I need in the fresh seafood the sauces. I told her what I wanted. Well before I left it seems like the seafood has no color in it. I came home my husband said did you ask for more sauce. I told her all the sauce I want in the fish. Well I started eating no sauce at all in the fish. Fair prices for the food served. Family quickly and quietly finished the food. They were ready to serve a few minutes before the opening time, unlike other places where employees watch the clock to the minute. Nice corner location and quiet because we beat out the lunch crowd. read more

I really hate to leave a bad review for this place because the food is so damn good. Like really really good. I just can't handle how inconsistent their portion sizes are. It's different EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I was just there today and they are so skimpy with their portions. Rice didn't even fill the bottom of my bowl. Rice I'm sure is the cheapest ingredient for the bowl and they skimp on that? And good luck asking for any of the crunchies on top, I swear they have the worlds smallest spoons. Anyway, I'll be back because taste is good. But just not as frequently. And I'll be sure to save some more money before I go because prices have increased as well. Damn Rona ruining everything. Wow! I am a reluctant poke eater ! I will eat it with friends but never go alone to get it . My niece treated me to this place on our way out of town and I was WOW'd! I love that you pick what you want to have in the bowl and everything is so fresh! Today was my first time going alone "on Purpose" to get a poke bowl! Lol The young lady at check out was adorable and so friendly and the food was amazing yet again !! So glad to have found such a fresh, healthy lunch spot and that is not all salads !! Good portion size. Poor service. The place really over does it on the sauces we had to request for them to stop pouring. Staff also seemed unfamiliar with thier stock of menu items. Def think the place needs some across the board training for employees. As a disclaimer: I really LOVE spicy & sauces One order was way too spicy and we brought it up to the team, they didn't want to replace the order. We asked to speak to the manager & awkward conversations with 2 or 3 other employees ensued. one particular server was rude, rolled her eyes and was not interested in a solution based approach. She actually walked to side of the kitchen space and whispered comments to other employees while we we were still trying to resolve the issue and while there were other customers around. Not an expensive restaurant but def expected more quality service. Eventually they re did the $10 order. Don't think a manager was present Monday @5pm and no one seemed to be in charge + staff seemed really inexperienced. read more

I cannot complain about the staff nor the food. My complaint is about tips. I tipped a young lady for her services and I noticed it went into a tip jar. I asked, "how is your tip jar divided?" She stated, "all of us that work the front line and the kitchen manager." I was taken by that, as I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years. In all of my years it has been a rule that management and owners do not partake in the tip jar. Theses are mainly high school students and that to me is abuse. That is their money and should be divided only by the front staff line and they should share with the prep staff. read more

All of the components that go into your poke bowl are super fresh. I do not know the name of the girl who helped me but I wish I did. All i know is she wore a lavender mask. She was extremely helpful and polite, and when I asked for certain extra or complicated things she made it happen and it made the overall experience wonderful. Good poke. Haven't tried anything else on their menu. I don't mind paying more as long as the portion size and quality commensurates. My only complaint is sometimes when the woman who appears to be an owner makes your bowl she gets real skimpy. They just started an all you can eat sushi dinner. I almost tried it until I read the exclusions and rules with the all you can eat. Can only order one item at a time and can't reorder until finished, and the one hour time limit. Then the usual rule: must eat all rice etc... What is this an eating competition? I'd like to relax and enjoy my food. Hardly seems all you can eat with all the restrictions they made. Update: Back to 5 stars. Tried a few pokeritos that were awesome! Also they relaxed most of the all you can eat sushirules. NEW Update: I hate to leave a bad review. Since the beginning of this year I unfortunately have witnessed a drop of in quality and portions. The serving sizes are extremely inconsistent. I ordered the same thing as the person in front of me and my bowl looked half as full. Pokeritos used to overflow with fish and lately there doesn't seem to hardly be anything inside (mainly just a ton of rice in a wrapper). Have a friend that lives near the PokePort in Murrieta who travels to this Temecula PokePort. They recently also commented there is no longer any reason to make the drive here for poke. Very disappointed. My once "go to" poke spot has jumped the shark. read more

So I first went to this location at the beginning of last year. Poke is good and the Pokerito was a GAME CHANGER. Would have given them five stars then. Fast forward to today, and quality has gone down significantly. We always order the larger size three option protein with all the toppings and oh my goodness the scoops are so tiny now! I ordered two ahi and one salmon and it barely filled the center of my Togo container. I then Chose almost every topping and it still looked sparse on top. I've never seen a poke bowl look so sad. I understand trying to save money by giving smaller portions, but this bowl is priced on the higher end from most poke bowls. (I'm from Hawaii, I lived off poke bowls and I've tried almost everything in our area). Paying over $16 after taxes for a poke bowl, I'm expecting to get a bit more bang for my buck. While the flavor is good, if you're craving poke... there's a spot down the street who gives you plenty of poke, for half the price. Three stars because the pokeritos are fire! read more

I'm a bit upset. First off, it's pricey here but every now and then you want to treat yourself. I came to grab a crunch crab Burrito bc I had ordered it before and I had also ordered a boba milk tea to go. After driving off and tasting the boba I noticed the milk was SOUR. I called right away to inform them they might want to change out their milk and not serve the milk. I had her on speaker and my sister was listening too. The young girl that had answered did apologize but didn't offer anything and honestly didn't seem to care much. She said they had recently changed it out. Idk what that means, but it was as if to say "we just changed it" so they should be good. I'm really hoping they change it bc that's just bad customer service practice. It literally put a bad taste in my mouth. For the manager, in the future you might want to re-train your staff, bc she could have saved a customer by offering a replacement drink for next time since you're serving sour milk in your boba milk tea. read more

In fact, all of their fruity drinks are fantastic. If you're looking for a delicious, creamy milk tea, you can't go wrong with their Golden Milk tea. They had one worker as well as one kiosk to order from. They have a ton of different drink options from milk teas, fruit teas, sparkling drinks, slushies, and matcha. I ordered the Hawaiian fruit green tea. I didn't realize it came in X-Large size by default and I was shocked with how big the cup was. It was as big as my face. I couldn't stop laughing about. I got it in half sweet which was the perfect sweet. I also tried the Mango green tea which was also half sweet, but that one was overly sweet. I like the texture of the boba. I feel compared to other boba shops, their drinks are a little bit overpriced.
