Ultimately disappointing. The service is fast and friendly. The rice is cooked correctly (as one would expect of any restaurant serving Asian cuisine). Sadly, the rest of the food was worse than I'd prepare for myself. I ordered the pork belly bento box. I expected more food than I got. It was simply a bowl of rice with three slices of pork. I don't think it was pork belly, it was not nearly fatty enough. And the only flavor it had was soy sauce. I got cucumber and fried onions as my two addons. The cucumber was fine, I prefer my cucumber without the skin, but the amount was very little. However, the young woman piled on the fried onions, but that didn't help the overall flavor. I'm new to Washington and live close by so I was excited to try this Poke place but was disappointed. The salmon was a bit fishy and rice was undercooked and you get a lot of rice so I didn't eat all of it. I also got a side of miso soup and it was extremely watered down. Quite literally the worst poke bowl I've ever had. For starters you are super limited for the price, only 2 sauces and 3 topping allowed. I get much more than that at other places. Everything tastes unbelievably delicious, i cant think of a better word for how utterly amazing every bite is. The place itself is super cute, i love the air hockey table, i love the decals on the windows, all the lego sets and lucky cats, and the drawings! Also, i love the orbs. There is only one working which could cause a slightly long wait for food service however the food is good and worth some wait. Anticipate a wait if you go during busy times, don't be rude. While the fish was fresh, the prices were outrageous. I paid almost $2 for a side of ginger. The amounts are very small and tightly packed, making hard to eat. They also only give you an option of three sides, which is unheard from a poke place around here. Ginger and wasabi are considered a side :/ I didn't care for the heavy plastic fish bowl packaging. It's very inconvenient and what a waste of plastic. It made it very inconvenient to mix. I'd rather they added more sides to my order than put it on a fancy container. read more

First time coming in - i asked if I could have a bowl of rice with eel sauce (I can't really have seafood due to being prone to getting sick) the lady was so rude and told me she wouldn't be making any "profit" off of me... Everytime I've gone to "just poke" it was no issue at all. Coming to the end I was forced to get sometime of seafood- I chose crab cause I could stomach the shredded parts and it came to 17$ for such a small amount of food read more

We decided to stop by here for lunch and walking in the place was nice, clean, and open. There was a few people in front of us ordering and only one person working. The one person working had to take all the orders, make the boba drinks and poke bowls by himself and unfortunately there were a couple people who left without ordering. We waited 20 minutes or so for our food which was actually good, but the protein portions were small. Hopefully if I come back, the service would be better where there's more than one person working to make the wait time less. read more
