The beef literally melts in your mouth with the butteriest flavor you will ever experience! It's pricy but worth every penny. We finished the meal with the signature Honey Toast. The Ube ice creme was not overly sweet, and Mama Myles makes the Ube sauce herself. I saved my leftover broth for the instant pack ramen ha ha Ordered it to go, so the broth was packed separately. He makes the noodles from scratch. Pork shoulder was tender and juicy.
