The service was wonderful, attentive and clean!... the ingredients were fresh. I loved that i can build my own bowl. Ive been back several times... it is worth it!... enjoy.

Wanted to try this newer poke place and was not disappointed. It was so clean, vibrant and the decor was nice. I was surprised there weren't any people in there around lunch time. I do feel the location is a bit tucked away and not out in plain view. We built our own bowl and the ingredients were so fresh! The lady told us about their GF options for my husband as well as the sauces. I thought my bowl was absolutely delicious and the only thing I wish they had as a topping was furikake because I love the texture. The lady who helped us was so nice and made a few recommendations as we went down the line. Definitely a great place for a post work out meal. Come eat here if you enjoy poke!

Poke Sis offers fantastic food with great portion sizes for the price. We ordered two bowls and two salads, and we were really impressed by the generous servings. The fish is fresh, and there's a solid variety of toppings to customize your bowl exactly how you like it. We ordered to pick up that weekend, but they were short staff so we had to wait a little. The server had a positive attitude and did her best--she wasfriendly and efficient, ensuring we felt well taken care of from start to finish.

This is pretty much the exact same setup as Poke Bros. They have pre-set bowl combos or you can build your own. standard pricing, some upcharge items. I always choose to build my own. Both times I've been here it's been completely empty, but it seems like it is kept clean. The staff is friendly enough. The food is pretty good overall - I like the variety.

I had passed by this place a few times and finally decided to try it. It's got a very cute and relaxing interior and I liked its beachy vibe. Only one employee was working but she was very friendly and patient with it being my first time. Kudos to her because there was a customer in front of me and one behind me, and the phone rang twice. I made my own poke bowl with spicy tuna and it was very good. I actually put it away to eat for lunch the next day and it still tasted fresh. I liked the protein portion, as some poke places skimp on that. I do wish I had asked for a little more sauce though. I'll definitely be stopping by here again.

Food is always made fresh to order. Good quality and quick turn around. Sort of like Sushi in a bowl.

When did frozen yogurt get so expensive? That is my biggest complaint here. We paid almost $20 for…read more2 bowls- mine wasn't even filled half way and my husbands was filled a bit over half way. It's a nice switch up to choose your flavor, topping and mix and match but idk, I think I'd rather get a pint at the store across the street for less. The girls working at the time were friendly when we spoke to them but when we first walked in they just continued talking and laughing together and did not initiate a welcome. With an empty establishment I was a bit caught off guard. I then had to proceed to ask for sample cups and it just seemed so strange they only spoke to us when absolutely necessary. For such expensive frozen yogurt I would recommend that the employees be held at a higher standard.

Service wasn't that helpful and most stood around looking busy while the kids and I make our ice creams. We were the only ones there until we were about to pay. This was when two others came in so then there 5 customers. The walls and decor looked run down and maybe that should have been our first sign that maybe business wasn't booming or service shouldn't be of high expectations. The ice cream was fine though. The toppings were okay. The cookie toppings (Oreos) were stale though, but otherwise, most of the others okay. Not our best TCBY visit, but maybe a different location will be better.

Who comes to a grocery store and doesn't buy groceries? Me!…read more I love Lowe's Boxcar Coffee and Beer Den. Tucked into a corner, it's a great place to relax with your favorite beverage. The booths are comfy, plenty of high tops, and a few seats at the bar. The coffee is excellent. I'm a purist, but flavor fanciers will love the available options. I'm going to try the beer, because I can buy in recyclable growlers - and it's tasty. But the attribute I like best is that while it's not silent, there's the usual hubbub, it's quiet enough to have a normal volume conversation with a friend or a group. How nice to have a cuppa with friends, and catch up, without shouting over the TVs, blaring music, and arcade games of most places. Plus, there's fresh pastries just down the aisle...

I must admit as a former chef then afterwards living in Kansas City and Austin TX for 25 years and frequenting large grocery stores with almost all of the things I've needed under one roof; I've been very disappointed with almost all the grocery stores here. So, after my mother convinced me to stop by Lowes I was pleasantly surprised with a chain that "gets it" here in town. Walking in I found the place to be extremely clean with some of the nicest employees I've come across since being back in town. Moreover, they're rather smart; strategically placing fresh baked focaccia bread close to the entrance, enticing one's stomach to influence the power of the purse. Next, I challenge anyone to resist their smoked foods as the air is heavy with the sweet perfume. Please note that Lowes carries a LOT of items customers will NOT find at other stores. From the towns best selection of cheeses, rack of lamb, watermelon radish and on the list continues, I encourage all those reading this to shop this store for those harder to find items. As for instore made items, I've tried a few and would like to report my limited findings. First, I bought a loaf of olive focaccia bread a noted weakness of mine. I found it be pillow-y moistness, bouncing back to the touch with a good fragrance however the amount of rosemary in it will repel even the most persistent of demons (odd refence). I bought another loaf of parmesan and I had the same issue, just way to rosemary which I happen to enjoy. I wish they had an alternative without the herb but other than that it's awesome. Another success in the bakery was the Bavarian donuts which I highly advise not buying as they're downright addictive. Soft, moist and a perfect chocolate to cream ratio these things are illegal in 5 surrounding counties! As for protein, I broke down and got the smoked chicken wings and macaroni salad for lunch. Again, this would be a resounding success if it weren't for one overwhelming ingredient; in this case salt. I'm of the belief they marinated these wings in the dead sea as it tasted as if the cap to the salt shaker fell off when seasoning these wings. Otherwise, these wings hit on all notes as they were moist and had the perfect amount of smoke. As for the mac salad, everyone has their version of what are perfect ingredients so I'll just add this, they perfectly cooked the pasta. That is to say the noodles weren't soggy or cooked to death; rather al dente which is perfect for the summertime favorite. As for addins I think they're ok but that's very subjective. Again, a certified hit. I did grab the sushi one day but I'm not a fan of grocery store sushi for the simple fact that the rice needs to be warm and the fish cold as it creates a contrast in the mouth. That said I got the fried shrimp sushi and it was just like any other store, not great. Nothing taken away as I realize most people are happy with this. My point is if I'm craving sushi a grocery store isn't the first thing that comes to mind as a true restaurant has better quality fish and a more diverse menu. To summarize Lowes is a great place to obtain those harder to find ingredients with the best in store created foods among all the competitors out there. The people here are very nice and willing to help however please note you'll need to obtain a card to get the discounts, the one down side of Lowes, is they're a little more expensive. However, "it's a small price to pay" for leveling up on the quality meter. This is my favorite grocery store in town and it's not even close.
