This is a great poke place to grab n go. Although they tend to get long lines during lunch time, the employees are fast and can always get the line moving. There's not a lot of dining space in the restaurant and the few tables they do have are in a very small place with lots of people moving to get their food. They always give you your food in a plastic container so it is convenient to take out if you decide to eat elsewhere. I really enjoy their sauce. They will ask you for your fish choices and the spice level of the sauce and mix it before adding it to your poke bowl. If you don't like your fish marinated though, you should know that the restaurant doesn't have an option for no sauce. You get your choice of rice/salad, choose your fish, sauce spice level, and the toppings. They also have additional sauces, of which my favorite is the cilantro aioli. It's a typical poke experience with typical poke toppings. I would say the thing that is different about this specific poke place is their sauces

I came by here for lunch since it's somewhat close to work. The place is definitely geared toward quick lunches as it's pretty small and had limited seatings. I got the salmon lover which came with rice, seaweed, onion, salmon, spicy mayo, salad, mango, crab salad, and cucumber. Everything tasted fresh, but for some reason, they didn't work very well together. I felt like I was eating components of a poke bowl rather than a poke bowl. The rice was a little dry, and the entire bowl was pretty bland despite the sauce on there. The only thing that actually had flavor was the ginger, mango and seaweed salad. The portion was pretty good though for the price you pay. The service was standard. Overall, a decent poke place but nothing special. Like other reviews have mention, there is another poke place nearby that is better.

Small with tuna and spicy salmon

A-OK is where I landed here. The Pros: It's fresh. All the ingredients tasted great and were super fresh. The tuna had a nice flavor. It's quick. Most poke places are though... The Cons: The size. As others have mentioned, they don't give you a whole lot. I'd looked past this because I don't tend to eat a lot in one sitting, but I finished my meal, no problem. Would have liked more for the price. The overall flavor. Not working. I know they have their weird sign about sauce, but this I've gotta say was the blandest poke I've ever had. It was mostly flavorless. The rice wasn't seasoned, and the box they serve it in makes it impossible to mix well. Also, the spicy salmon tasted waaay too much like sesame. Go easier on the sesame sauce, guys! I asked for medium spicy and couldn't really taste it. Glad I branched out a bit, but I don't think I'll be back. FOB wins my poke bucks.

Decently priced for the amount of food. The fish is normally fresh. I've eaten here over 20 times in the last 2 years and have only had 1 terrible experience. I like that I have the option to order via Ritual to skip the line if I'm in a rush. The stamp card is a plus as you get one free small after buying 10 poke bowls. The location is not very obvious. You'd only notice it if you're walking or if you are intentionally looking for it. The size of the location is small but it does have plenty of seating that goes into the lobby. The wait time is normally not too long even during the lunch rush but it does get more popular during summer times.

Small poke with yellowtail and spicy tuna

I was so excited to see a new poke place pop up nearer my workplace since FOB Poke Bar is a bit far to trek to during lunch time. Although the price is right with Poke Alice, I find the food sub par to FOB. Poke Alice has less selection for the carbs, garnishes and toppings. I ordered a small poke with yellowtail and spicy tuna and got a mix of white rice and greens for my carbs. The fish tasted fresh but the scoops seem to be smaller (or maybe they just didn't pack as much into the scoop). The white rice was very tough and not sticky which made eating it a chore. The poke is served in a rectangular plastic container which makes it harder to mix together when you are eating it, so the flavor ends up less balanced. On the plus side, I did appreciate that they had black truffle oil that can be added onto your poke and they also have a loyalty card to earn a free poke. Unless Poke Alice improves their food quality, I would actually walk the extra 10 minutes to get better poke at FOB.

A bit disappointed. We ordered 2 poke on the ritual app due to the promotion. The seafood was not fresh. In fact the octopus was kinda smelly. I asked for non spicy crab salad, but we got spicy instead. Which was ok, but the crab salad had very strange taste. It was kind of bitter for some reason. On the other hand, there was a lot of sauce on our salad which made it too salty. Sadly, we couldn't finished the poke in the end. Felt kind of sick half way through.

Tiny portions, rude staff. They literally put half a scoop instead of a scoop. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The original poke Alice has much more generous portions. When i complained about the portion size, the tall guy with glasses literally gave me 1 extra cube of tuna! To make matters worse, i asked for mild sauce and the same guy put the chili sauce in my poke! A staff member was passed out in customer seating area after what it seemed from drinking beer for lunch. What a joke!

    Nita L.

The poke here is quite decent, however the portions are way too small to justify the cost. The scoop size for fish is definitely a lot smaller than other poke places I've been to. FOB poke is just a couple of blocks away which offers much better choices and quantity of poke at a much cheaper price. Unless Poke Alice 2 offers something radically different, I would stick to FOB poke.

Don't bother asking for sauce on the side... they won't accommodate.
    Ryen B.

Typical of many poke places, with basic options. Quality and amount of food was fine, but I do not understand their sauce policy. Light sauce/sauce on the side is NOT an option. Read the sides and don't waste your breath asking. I don't understand why a place that lets you customize EVERYTHING else won't give you this option. I don't really care for the sauce, it's on the sweet side. Hoping they change their policy and maybe give a few other sauce options.

    The menu in 6 steps

Niiiiice! Sweet team behind this counter that serves fully customizable bowls of poke goodness. I don't think I have ever seen such a variety of options anywhere. In short: * choose the size - small, medium or large - 2 to 4 scoops of protein * choose from a variety of 10 or so proteins: tuna, yellow tail, salmon, octopus, mushrooms, tofu, spicy ground tuna or salmon... * rice, lettuce/kale or 50/50 mix * light, medium or heavy sauce, spicy or not, plus extra sauce variety like aioli * a great selection of mix-ins: seaweed salad, cucumber, masago, furikake, avocado, sesame seeds, crab salad, mango, crispy onion etc etc The only thing they do not offer is poke without sauce - signs abound to warn you (not sure who may want it that way anyway?) The place is brand new and I think is a great addition to the Amazon's campus which I find lacking tasty options or some variety. Because it's new, the line is not yet out of the door. A small poke bowl will cost you $9.90, again seems very reasonable considering other places around. All in all a great lunch spot if poke is your thing!

All the staff were pretty chill and nice. Love all their smiles. I got my favorite, Beef Stew. I ordered this often in Lynnwood site, especially when I was sick. Regarless, it's on different location, the taste is the same! So, I'm happy about it. The vibe is completely different than Lynnwood one. This restaurant is darker and guests are way louder. Mostly, university students, I think. I like dim light atmosphere, unfortunately, I can't enjoy it much here. Too loud? Too dark? Or it's just not the right light bulbs, it got me dizzy. It was at night, it made the room even gloomy. Upon returning to the parking lot, the atmosphere is somewhat unsettling. This is particularly true for a woman walking alone. To access the parking lot, I had to walk through the darkness to the back of the building. Unfortunately, due to the narrow parking lot, one car was parked in a manner that blocked the exit way, requiring me to reverse all the way out. Overall fantastic staff, fantastic food, but I may not comeback because the vibe just doesn't suit me. This restaurant will most likely be very busy in the better location and fresh look.

Thankfully dine-in is back open again, so we got here on a Saturday morning around 11:20am to indoor seating that was nearly full and a small line that was forming at the front counter. Walls have a bunch of photo frames, and overall place felt very homely. They have a ton of Hawaiian style plates and even burgers and some seafood, though we and most others got the former to eat. I ordered their chicken and pork combo Hawaiian style plate, and my bestie got their chicken katsu Hawaiian style plate. Portions are huge for both plates and both also came with macaroni salad. They give you sooooo much meat no matter what you get. To go in slightly more detail: - Chicken and pork combo: both meats were flavored very well, and a little sweet too though pretty salty without using the rice as a palette cleanser. Chicken had more depth in its flavor; the pork's flavor was a little too much for my liking, and was slightly harder to chew. Both meats had some sauce hat went onto the rice itself. This didn't detract from my overall experience here, though. - Chicken katsu: we both agreed this was our favorite after exchanging pieces of each other's dish. The katsu is crispy and crunchy, and the chicken itself retained a lot of its juiciness. Katsu sauce on the side is honestly optional since the meat itself is already salty enough. This place does share extremely limited parking with Cakes of Paradise next door, so get here early or be prepared to drive around the area to find some. Parking is scarce, so plan ahead and be patient. We came on a Wednesday and happened to score a parking spot right in front of the bakery. Once you arrive, get in line immediately--there will be one. The woman taking our order was incredibly peppy and friendly, even while juggling everything: taking in-person orders, answering phones, serving customers, and bagging food. Seriously impressive. All the seats were filled, so we ordered everything to-go. We got the famous crispy ginger chicken, spam musubi, and chicken long rice. I was hoping for oxtail soup and asked about it--she explained they only offer it on certain days and recommended calling early in the morning to check, then getting there quickly because it sells out fast. Can't wait to come back and try it. Back at the hotel, we feasted. The crispy ginger chicken is famous for a reason--so flavorful, perfectly crispy, and somehow even better the next day. The chicken long rice was packed with noodles directly in the soup (not separately) so the broth had mostly soaked into the noodles, but it was still deeply flavorful and comforting. The spam musubi leans on the sweeter side, which is great if that's your thing. Overall, this place is all about heart, hustle, and seriously satisfying Hawaiian comfort food. Come early, expect a line, plan for parking--and you'll be rewarded.

I was originally going to order some musubi, but after seeing a curry dish, I couldn't resist. Curry Loco Moco Don ($16) - The chef first piles a mound of rice in the bowl. It seems to be higher quality short grain rice, giving great mouthfeel at first, but then biting into it, the overcooked mushy qualities emerge. The rice is sprinkled with a bit of furikake, adding a briny and savory flavor profile. Two beef patties are set on top, both with seemingly fake grill marks, perhaps indicative of commercial patties. They are homogeneous with a kind of spongy texture, pressed into a puck with a bunch of filler like Japanese hambagu. The beef is somewhat tender, but isn't soft enough to be cut through with a plastic fork. There's a fried egg on top, complete with runny yolk and even a small amount of runny white. They then ladle a couple of scoops of Japanese curry over the top. It's somewhat generic, probably a normal boxed curry mix with no embellishment, but it's cooked well. It has a nice thickness, isn't too thin or runny, lending a good curry flavor to the dish. I do with it came with a bit more curry since after eating about half the dish, it was all gone. Finally, some pickled ginger on top completes the dish. The curry is quite filling, probably close to 2 pounds of food. (4/5) Musubi Kai is a convenient and quick stop for a bite while downtown. You order at the front before being seated which means food arrives shortly after sitting down. With that noted, I wouldn't return to wait that long. First visit, to try a relatively famous spot, sure. Inside is a bit tight, but conversation can be had. My friends got the lumpia-silog and bistek-silog. Lumpia was tasty, but not particularly outstanding. Bistek was dry. The beef was tough to chew, seasoned alright on the outside but likely overcooked if not old. I opted for the oxtail silog which was delicious but pricey. Oxtail Silog - for $29, this plate definitely gets a double take. After waiting in the hour line, I figured I should commit for a tasty meal. Oxtail comes in a side bowl alongside a bit of hearty broth which the rice absorbs well. Meat is tender, falls off the bone, but pulling around oxtail bones isn't the simplest, so definitely have to bite around crevices. All in all, this plate was delicious but think it comes with a huge tourist tax I've had better value for oxtail plates. Ube Pancake Stack - four sizeable pancakes. Some pictures, including my own, don't do these justice. I can definitely get behind the hype. They're drenched in a rich ube sauce and there's plenty to go around. Honestly the ube flavor is present on the pancakes, but it feels relatively faint because the sauce is extremely sweet and flavorful, minimizing the pancake taste and expanding the gap between flavors. That being said, I think I would enjoy the pancakes with less sauce (or preferably, on the side).

We were running late for a show, so I previewed the menu before arriving and ordered immediately upon seating. Our total time there was an impressive 40 min with their fast service. Very good to know for future reference. Karaage is in the name and is their signature dish. They make it the right way using chicken thigh. Prices are reasonable for the Seattle area. We will return again. The Food: Curry Rice with Karaage, $17.95 - 4 Stars This popular curry rice comes with a choice of protein, which naturally, we chose karaage. The curry sauce is delicious. There is a lot of rice on this plate though. Hubby left half behind. Poke Salad with tuna, $14.95 - 5 Stars Their poke salad with choice of 3.5 oz protein was excellent with the mixed greens. The salad wasn't overdressed and tasted refreshing with a light dressing. I would order this again. Karaage Chicken, small, $6.95 - 5 Stars Glad they offer the chicken as a side. The small is a good compliment to salad. Instead of four pieces, we had five. Hubby was happy to have more protein to go with the rice. They are more of a 4.5 stars rating. Their service speed bumped them up to 5 Stars.

If you order a rice dish, they include complimentary miso soup. It leans a little salty, but it's still comforting and a nice way to start the meal. I got the karaage curry rice this time--the karaage was crispy on the outside and super juicy inside. The portion was definitely filling. Service was quick and friendly too.

This spot was recommended to me by a friend. The interior of the restaurant was warm and very decorated. There were a lot of Hawaiian cultural references, which added to the ambiance. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. And despite it being super busy the day that I went, they were all patient with each customer. I had a few samples of their fish, and let me tell you, the fish is FRESH. I am usually picky with tuna because they tend to have a fishy taste, but Ono's tuna was NOT fishy at all. Also, all the different flavors of poké were seasoned PERFECTLY. I got the spicy salmon and the scallop poke. They were both buttery and tender. The flavors did not overtake the natural flavor of the fish, and the sauce was seeped deep into the salmon; the same goes for the scallop. Sometimes at poké restaurants the sauce will sit on top of the fish, but NOT HERE. This place is genuinely SO SO good. I highly recommend coming to this place and trying their poké! + This place is so good that I am willing to make the trip out to this place if I am ever back in this state.
