Most of their restaurants are in California so it's definitely a thriving business. I found it to be my new go-to for Poke in Fayetteville. Flavorful and price is fair between speciality and build-you-own bowls. I personally like to build my bowl anywhere I go for any type of cuisine. Like most Poke spots some items are included and some are extra. No restaurant is the same!! I got the 3 protein (spicy tuna, salmon, and yellow tail), imitation crab salad, medium spice level, bang sauce, eel sauce, white sauce, ponzu sauce was out... I like that avocado was a free option. Seaweed salad, edamame, cream cheese were extras to name a few. I wish they had eel (bbq eel, any). So 4 stars including bowl size/portion skeptics :/ Nevertheless, I see Poke as an afford option when I have a taste for sushi. I took some pics of the menu for referencing. They have boba drinks (no photo taken). Side bar: I wish the bowls were a bit bigger like Poke Cafe in Charlotte on Community House Road. Highly recommend if you're out that way.
