Cute Decor on Table
Elisa B.

I have frequented this place for a long, long time and remember it even before it had its renovations and changes. Although the decor of the place is much cuter and has a better "theme" the prices and portions are not like they used to be. A lot of extra charges for items that were free before and the menu is a bit confusing as the screens above the food bar has images of the bowls but the options to build your own bowl is in very small letters on the glass with numerous prices and extra charges printed. The staff was kind and greeted us, however they must have been solo without the manager as they seemed a bit confused on how to create the dishes and how to use the cash wrap. I still think it tastes good but I know I won't be frequenting as much as I used to. Hopefully they read the feedback and reviews and fix the prices and or make the menu easier to understand.

Poke bowl places are finally becoming more popular in south Florida, and I had to stop by after seeing all the good reviews. Pros -Decent price for its size: $13 for a bowl and they used something similar to a soup ladle for good-sized portions of topping -fresh tasting fish -environmentally friendly: compostable bowl containers (including the lids!) and paper bags! -free parking in the back lot Cons -charges $1 extra for Wakame (seaweed salad) or avocado -If you like fruit in your poke, I didn't see any sweet fruit topping options like pineapple or mango when I was there unfortunately Overall great--I'll definitely add this on my list of poke bowl places. Will come again if I'm ever in the Aventura area!

We had passed by Poke + Go for quite some time now as we drive home on Miami Gardens Drive and didn't really pay it much attention. However, I came across Poke + Go on Yelp recently and it looked really good! Poke + Go is located on Miami Gardens Drive in Aventura, right across from the newer/modern mixed use commercial building (a block or two from Biscayne). There is plenty of free parking behind the restaurant. We went into the restaurant on a weekday evening and were greeted by one of their staff members. We needed a few minutes to study the menu since it was our first time there and he offered to answer any questions we had. You select your base at first - we both selected the Go Bowl with zucchini noodles ($13). You then select your protein, we both selected the teriyaki chicken. Extra protein is $4, but we felt the normal portion was sufficient. You then can move on to the mix-ins/toppings section and you can select as many of these as you want. There are some premium mix-ins for an additional cost. You then select your sauce and sprinkles in the final section. All of the mix-ins/toppings (particularly the herbs/veggies) were all very fresh, and were very healthy options for a dinner. We wanted to end the meal with the soft serve, but the soft serve machine was not working when we were there. I was kinda disappointed about that, but hopefully they'll have it working in the future. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to returning!

Quick stop for boba tea. We tried the milk tea lychee and mango teas. On the sweet side if that is your preference. We have tried their poke bowls from raw and cooked fish. They provide a decent serving of toppings and a multiple of base layers.

This is our favorite Poke Place. The Poke here is fresh and plentiful with tons of options to customize your bowl. We came here in a group of 4 and had no issue with parking or seating. After a morning of kayaking at nearby Oleta River State Park, we craved good Poke and they delivered on that front! What made this place stand out was the number of specialty bowls you can build - giving me good inspiration for building my own - you can go fully custom if you want! There are enough choices to make it nearly overwhelming for a poke-beginner. That said, you'll eat fresh, filling, and highly nutritious at Poke+Go. I would definitely return when in the area. I had a Tuna Poke bowl and it was fantastic - I would order that again in a heartbeat. Other's had a chicken curry bowl which was also very good. We all left with smiles and full bellies.

Discovering food that speaks not only to your soul but taste buds such a score. My friend Ashleigh took me here, we wanted healthy, delicious, quick and reasonable, Poke+Go checked all the boxes. The best part about this experience was the option to do raw or cooked protein. The bowls are huge and the portion sizes are great, the various toppings and selection of sauces were impeccable. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast and efficient service. I was very please with the food and my lunch hungry was demolished.

Pretty good, but they charged me for a premium item (spicy wakame) when I didn't get it. The seaweed salad is a part of their free items and the spicy wakame is a premium $1 add on. (They didn't confirm my order with me when I checked out so I didn't realize until I left the building.) Overall, the toppings are fresh and the service was fast.

Poké and Go is my go-to (wink wink) in Aventura. Any time I am craving a filling Japanese meal I know exactly where to go. The restaurant is clean and they are covid compliant. I adore the crunchy spicy tuna/salmon. Surprisingly very fresh for a fast-food style restaurant. I wish I could eat here every day!

One of the best places to make your own poke. Been there a few times and the selection is always very fresh and inviting. You can create many things for your own taste and will not be disappointed!

If you've never had a Poke Bowl, this is the place you should definitely come which is located off Miami Gardens and just west of Biscayne Blvd. It's basically a deconstructed sushi roll that has all the delicious proteins, veggies and sauce usually with white rice or brown rice. They have parking behind the building and although there's another group of businesses next door with a separate parking lot, they seem to share the spots. 5/5 I ordered the Slamin' Salmon $12.00 and opted for zucchini noodles instead of rice, topped it off with avocado ($1.00 more) and added spicy mayo and white garlic sauce. The outcome was amazing, the fish really fresh and the complete bowl leaving me craving for another one. 5/5 Also ordered was the Salmon Teriyaki $13.00, also topped with avocado $1.00, and additional teriyaki sauce. The rice was perfectly steamed, and along with the well thought of ingredients, another winner and delicious bowl. They also offer the same concoction in burrito form at a lower price, but I prefer the bowl since it's less messy and easier to eat. Highly recommend this great place with great tasting food, and an even better tasting value.

You enter an immersive world that really outshines any tiki bar to which I've ever been. The magic radiates out of every nook and cranny. That was complimented by our bartender, Billy, knocking out some perfect killer classics, like a real Mai Tai, and Navy Grog, that, post the 1950s became kind of sugar filled, over-the-top mockeries of the Tiki cocktail arts. No mockery here. Just the old school magic. It's a very analog, and thankfully honest, unhipster revival for a generation who knows not of Bali Hai, Don the Beachcomber, the Mai Kai, and San Francisco's once-great, now seedy Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar, at the Fairmont Hotel, on Nob Hill. The crowd, including the regulars, were a lot of fun. In all, a really awesome evening! Five stars, for all of that, and a sixth for the memories.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable experience I had today with Mana Poke regarding a lunch order I placed today for myself and two co-workers. I initially ordered three bowls online: two with salmon and one with chicken. A few minutes after placing the order on line, I received a call from Teresa advising they did not have any chicken. I therefore canceled that bowl and proceeded with the remaining two salmon bowls. Despite this adjustment being made promptly, my order arrived one hour late, which is completely unreasonable for a lunch order--especially when multiple people are involved and relying on timely service. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Upon receiving the order, both bowls were prepared incorrectly, containing the wrong ingredients in each bowl and missing items that were clearly specified in the order. At that point, the quality and accuracy of the service had failed entirely. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a staff member named Teresa to address these issues. Her response was deeply disappointing. She repeatedly said "OK" in a dismissive manner, showed no concern or accountability, and made no effort to offer an apology, explanation, or any form of reconciliation. Her lack of professionalism and apparent indifference only compounded an already frustrating experience. Between the ingredient shortage, excessive delay, incorrect food preparation, and poor customer service, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard of service. I chose Mana Poke expecting reliability and quality and instead received the opposite. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly and that appropriate compensation be provided for the inconvenience and poor service experienced. I also strongly encourage management to review customer service expectations with staff, as this interaction was unacceptable. Given the issues outlined above, I will not be placing future orders with Mana Poke and believe prospective customers should exercise caution when ordering from Mana Poke.

Anywho, I ordered ahead for pick up on their website. The price was a little above average for poke in my opinion, but hey, I don't cheap out when it comes to my raw fish (or else you'll pay for it one way or another LOL xD). The spot is on the side of 8th street, next to the Subway and CVS side. It's kind of hidden and the inside was very "chill" (wasn't busy at all the time I went, around 5PM or so) for a lack of a better word. Anyway, my order was ready quickly in about 10-15 minutes, so I walked from nearby to pick my order up. Picking it up was easy, they just asked for my name. I inspected my order before heading back. My order felt super light and not to my surprise, it was such a small bowl. Granted, I didn't try their signature bowls, I built my own. Regardless, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Compared to my regular spot, I would definitely make the drive to go there (Coral Gables) instead. I really wish I could give this place a better rating and review, but it just wasn't doing it for me. Upon arrival, the host immediately greeted us and sat us at the only available table which was right behind the host stand outside on the patio, which was fine. With so many restaurants with long waits we were just happy to be sat, no matter if the table wasn't the ideal spot. After we were sat, it took forever for our server to come greet us. When she finally did, she basically asked us what kind of water we want and said she would be back but I made her take our drink orders as well as we had already been waiting for a decent amount of time. After we got our drinks, she took our food order. When the food came out, it was a little messed up. 2/3 of the people at our table ordered nigiri but they brought it all out on one plate, which wasn't an issue but we didn't know what was what. When we tried asking the man who brought the food out to us what was what, he must have misunderstood and he just took the food back. He then returned and had plated all the nigiri on their own separate plate. We didn't ask for this, we only were asking what was what. As for the food, I got the crispy hamachi and the tuna nigiri and salmon nigiri. The tuna nigiri had a super weird ketchup-like sauce on it which was kind of nasty, however, the salmon nigiri was super delicious and buttery. The crispy hamachi was also super delicious. I also enjoyed my drink which was the La chula. I don't think my 9 pieces of sushi and 1 drink was worth $80 but that's Miami for you. My friend also got the bang bang shrimp tempura pieces and we didn't realize it came with blue cheese crumbles on it so that was pretty nasty and inedible. All in all, this place was not the vibe. Service wasn't that great, it was kinda dirty, and food was overpriced for not being that great. Will not be back.
