If you're not a fan of raw fish then I wouldn't recommend, but being from HI, missing local eats this is one to try. Little pricey but to be expected with Ahi. Worth every penny. One of the most terrible poke places ever. They might say they have fresh stuff but the flavor of the fish says a lot that it is frozen. Fresh poke should melt in ur mouth, chances are their fish are probably days old. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER. read more

Really great concept and execution . First off I was skeptical to eat at another trending Poké fast casual concept ...... but I had to try it since it just opened up so close to my dads house . We were so very pleasantly surprised , The fish tastes fresh the options for sauce and toppings are plentiful and you get the feeling that the owner know his way around this style of food . Went during soft opening. Very helpful staff, food all fresh and delicious. Had them add extra sriracha mayo to my rice before the toppings, but that's just how I roll. Got tuna and shrimp. Both tasty, fresh. I tried 2 pieces of tofu (on the house!), and I think it will be my new fav. Hope this place succeeds; great alternative to sushi. read more

I stopped in to pick up a bite to go. Interior was clean and comfortable. It was my first visit so I had some questions and the friendly staff was helpful. I picked my base, protein, and veggies then I was out in no time. Spicy Ponzu sauce was mild on the heat but very tasty. Overall the bowl was good. I would like to see some chef recommendations or maybe a recipe or two for ideas on different flavor profiles as there are a lot of possible combinations. A good experience I will be back. read more

Bring your wallet because they will nickel and dime you to death. Portions are very small. Very disappointed for a meal that's $9:00 ended up paying $13:00 for "Extra dollar". When getting additional items besides Poké. Many of these types around that much much better. read more

For years I have heard of sushi burritos and eagerly waited the day I could try one. I live nearby this place so I popped in randomly craving a poke bowl. Their bowls are great and they have a bunch of toppings and sauces to add. I love the bowls because you can get salad with it so it makes it feel healthier haha. But halfway through adding everything humanly possible I realized they have Poké-ritos which already solidified me coming back another time. I now eat here at least once a week. Their food is great quality, fresh, and delicious. The staff is super nice and helpful (I have celiacs disease and they have gluten free soy sauce available!) if you haven't tried it yet you have to go now! They also have stamp cards so you get your 9th bowl or burrito free! read more

The staff are incredibly welcoming and delightful. The food is high quality and as fresh as it gets. The food is ready pretty much as soon as you order it so it's a great place to get something quick and tasty but if you have time to dine in its a nice place to eat with friends or chat with the staff while enjoying the food. read more

This Poke Place is delicious, only place to have Unagi (Eel sauce) which is my favorite sauce. They have free WiFi, that doesn't require you to sign in or any of that junk. They fly water in from Hawaii and it is AMAZING! They have Macaroon ice cream sandwiches and Insanely organic Lemonades. I love ordering food at this establishment, I go everyday. read more

Everything is fresh. They also give a good portion of protein and very generous with what ever sides you like. What I like about this place is that your choice of crab mix (reg or spicy) is FREE! House shoyu and Sriracha cream are my go-to dressings! This is first choice when I crave for Poke. Customer service is A+! read more

I wish it was possible to give this place zero stars!!! I would highly encourage everyone to never dine here ever.I am a Door Dasher and I was picking up an order for one of my customers at Poké Eats. The order wasn't ready yet. So what I usually do in the meantime is get napkins and utensils ready for my customer's order. My customer ordered 2 bowls so I gathered 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 chopsticks (in case they prefer using these) and 6 napkins since they were really thin ones. The manager sees me and asks me what I just took. I told him. He starts getting mean and asking me if I took soy sauce packets too. I said no and asked why he's getting mad at me. He says he isn't mad and tells me to come over to see what I had in my hand. I do and then he grabs it all from my hand and out of reflex I grab back and ask him what he is doing. He proceeds to tell me that I don't need to grab all of this. I told him this is for the customer and this is what I usually do. He yells at me and tells me I don't need to deliver this food if I'm gonna do this. I gladly start to leave because I don't need to be treated this way. Then the ultimate is that he calls me a BITCH after I leave the restaurant. I told him that I will be reporting this to Door Dash. I told him that I have never been treated so poorly from a restaurant person ever. He did not care at all and continues to yell as I walked out the door. I will never step foot in this restaurant again whether to dine in or to get food for one of my customers. This person should not be owning an establishment when he has an attitude like this. I even read some other past reviews of other customers and I know it isn't just me as others have been yelled at as well. No one should ever be treated this way. I also felt sorry for the young worker behind the counter. As this was going on, he had his head down and did not say a word. I'm pretty sure he has been yelled at before with this manager as he looked frightened. Do yourself a favor and never dine here instead go to Pokitrition where it is the best poke food in town and they treat you right!! read more
