I went back to the store to inform him that the product had expired on May 2018 which I discovered by calling the 800 number for Paul Mitchell. He insisted that there was nothing wrong with it and I suggested that he smell the other two products on the shelf. They smelled and looked the same. He kept insisting that they were fine and refused to take it back and give me a refund. This is a serious health and safety issue and I seriously caution that you not give this person your business!

It's one of her favorite after school activities (never worn out of the house). Anyhow, we stopped in today to see what Neverland Beauty is in the way of colorful eyeliners. While the brand diversity was limited, they had some awesome and very bold liquid NYX liners that she fell in love with. Huge props to Jessica who encouraged the creativity and boldness I'm so proud of in my little one, let us try lots of samples on her hand, and helped us find *exactly* what we were looking for!

The Shampoo part was easy, but I couldn't recognize the Conditioner that Gayle prefers. And since Gayle take great care of her wonderful head of red hair, I decided to save that money for another day. Neverland Beauty has a huge selection of hair care products, plus a salon in the back. I found that the service was friendly and helpful, and with the right degree of "find my own way" detachment. Prices are a bit dear and you really do have to know what you're looking for. Otherwise, the nearby Walgreen's might be a better choice.

Today my husband took my tween daughter in for some help with hair products. The staff member (who has helped us in the past and is always very knowledgeable) helped my daughter find products as well as gave her some tips and guidance. My daughter is so excited to try her new shampoo, conditioner and dry shampoo. I have always found what I need at this store. But what stands out the most is the excellent service. Instead of buying products online and hoping they work, or spending too much time guessing in the aisles of the drugstore, Sonoma Beauty provides guidance and suggestions for what theur customers need. I just love this store and am so grateful we have it here in Sonoma!

I'm so excited to be the first to review this business. So February has Valentines Day. What…read morebetter way to express love than with some bath/shower products I have been absolutely in LOVE with! Pamper yourself or someone you love with these awesome finds. In a nutshell, I love Healdsburg Bath and Body* (abbreviated by me as "HB&B"--oh how I love acronyms). Shameless plug: More detailed information on this place is on my blog at http://shineandsparklereport.blogspot.com/2014/02/ssr-product-reviews-healdsburg-bath-and.html What I love about HB&B are the following: 1) You can recognize all the ingredients. This is also great because you are really getting a pure product without a bunch of fillers. 2) They work amazingly. Because of the wonderful ingredients, these products work really wonderfully to take care of and pamper yourself. They feel absolutely luxurious. 3) Product Fragrance. The fragrances of the products are unique and sumptuous. The owner Yen Chesley, really has impeccable taste when it comes to picking scents that really last. You will exit your shower into a room filled with the wonderful fragrance and it will linger for a bit on your skin (perfect for smelling as you are going to bed after a relaxing bath or shower). Now for the #1 product that have made me want to take a trip to wine country and stockpile HB&B products: Blackberry Sage Sugar Scrub: Divine. Consists of a blend of high quality skin moisturizing oils and sugar. Pure, natural, simple, and smells absolutely heavenly. I wish they invented smelling over the internet for this one. There is really no good way to express how much I love the smell of this. It fills your bathroom, clings to your skin, surrounding you with a warm spa blackberry smell. Smells sweet, clean, slightly herbal, luxurious, and not like candy. I'm in love. There are a few Ms. Sparkles tips about using this product. ----Wash with your favorite soap first. Because this is so moisturizing, you will probably want to wash with your favorite soap first to get that "clean" feeling. Then go in with this awesome product. ----Small amount goes a long way to exfoliate and moisturize your body simultaneously. -----No need to lotion afterwards, towel off after rinsing to remove the last traces of excess oil and your skin will be baby soft. -----Be careful not to slip in the shower. Heavy on the moisture and oil means slippery tub! Don't crack your head open please! I have 2 more products I love but I will let you read about them here: http://shineandsparklereport.blogspot.com/2014/02/ssr-product-reviews-healdsburg-bath-and.html I'm going to have to make a trip to Healdsburg soon to get more body scrub!
