As they are new owners, I can understand that they are going to update their flyers and pricing, but the current one they showed me stated that they provide a full pedicure experience with paraffin, scrub and the works. When it was time to pay, I was charged an additional $10 when in reality they should have honored the price they told me verbally. Paying almost $90 for a pedicure with tip was not in my cards and I was certainly not happy about that. I honestly don't see myself going back, as this was really to treat myself for my birthday, but I certainly appreciate the opportunity to visit them.

Told her while it was happening and she said she would jut put another layer of light polish on. Looked terrible but she still charged me full price. Additional complaint- the color selection is limited and not kept up to date in color trends. Rethinking return visit. So disappointing.

I went to Lam for hard gel, but Hannah and Emma are also great! Hannah is a sweetheart and the owner, she can be hard to get in with but Lam was spectacular.
