When you walk in you can tell the vibe and energy Renee and her team have worked to create is a place of inclusion, glam and all around good time. I made an appointment here for my first lash lift. I've had Lash services before, but never a lash lift. I found them on Google and I was so happy that they were able to take me an hour and a half after I had called. All of the ladies are so nice. It's a family owned business and you can definitely feel the pleasant aura and the positive vibes of a small local family owned business. All of the ladies are very sweet and helpful. Everything was explained to me from a start to finish about my service. I was asked if I'm comfortable- if the bed is warm enough, they truly went above and beyond. They also took time to explain things to me even questions that I asked repeatedly because it was a lot of information, and were so patient with me. They made me feel so comfortable and they are so informative so knowledgeable about all things that they offer in their salon and it really seems like they are trying to innovate new things and the excitement and energy that I felt from speaking to the owner as she was doing my lashes showed how truly passionate they all are about everything. True lady bosses!!! Incredibly down to earth built the business from the ground up. It was so sweet for her to share her story. AND ofc my lashes look absolutely amazing. While doing my lashes she also took time to notice the type of skin I have, and send me with some goodies to try to help my skin. So thoughtful. The salon itself is so cute. The aesthetic is so nice. I love all of the colors it's so cozy and classy. Everyone is wonderful but specifically I have been going to see Jessica who is so gentle, has extreme attention to detail, and is easy to talk with. Renee is a pro at what she does. I've seen her three times now to get my brows and lashes done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. To be fair, Renee is the first and only person I've ever let touch them; I'm so particular about my brows and am lucky enough to have a nice, natural shape that I've never felt the need to risk "messing them up." Usually I just clean mine up with tweezers and a steady hand every few months. Avion, I love my new brows! This was my first time micro-blading and I am thrilled with the results. I have hated my thinning eyebrows for years now so when someone mentioned the micro-blading process at a party I called LAB. There is virtually no pain, thanks to the numbing cream.
