During my procedure a woman came in asking for a hair cut. Kaz (owner)said yes come back at... Well, I then heard Myra whom was coloring my hair saying she wished a haircut wasn't put in while she was trying to do my color, as "You never know how this color can turn out" So, I was doubtful as the woman came back and waited "Thirty Minutes!" She was angry. So, all attention was in her her as I sat in a chair feeling scorched! That's what happened; left with no regulation as to how long I should sit there. I also know you are supposed to be under the dryer for a bit. I said I usually do go under the dryer. "No, you don't need to". Hummmm? So, I left with a burnt scalp, loss of hair and the color orange. I told her I didn't like it and I'm in a lot of pain. She tried to cover it up saying it looked good. NO it DOES NOT! I'm a paying customer not a dumb shit! Anyway, I proceed to ask for my money back. She refused with no apology; so all I could do was dispute it. I attempted at least 8 times to please refund me. Nope, so as soon as the department of dispute saw my photo's, I supposedly got a refund; still waiting. I do NOT recommend Hair Fax what-so-ever and shame you Kaz! I have a scab on my head. Doctor had to see it(her mouth dropped!). So, what was supposed to cost $190.00 and did, ended up costing me over 5 hundred dollars for repair and doctors appointments!! I don't recommend this place and yet I still have no letter of apology. I'm a business owner. Don't treat your customers like a herd of cattle so you get the money!

When clearly told by the staffer that Dr. Jamali does, in fact , perform that particular filler in the immediate mouth region, I actually questioned her (since I know that doctors differ in this regard, and requested her to directly ask Dr. Jamali to confirm that she does that type on injection. The staffer exited to ask Dr. Jamali, and I was assured that she definitely does. On that basis I went for the appointment, was quickly ushered into a treatment room and told to pay a $100 consultation fee (which I did pay, since I had been assured of the treatment). Dr. Jamali then entered the room and forcefully stated "Oh no -- I NEVER do injections with this filler in the mouth region" - so, precisely the opposite! of my assurance. Dr. Jamali then proceeded to 'explain to me' that I needed a different procedure, which happened to be far more expensive. Clearly, this FALSE 'reassurance' was intended to simply LURE me into the office. A truly UNFAIR business practice, if not directly DISHONEST.
