Not only am I'm ecstatic with the results, but the aftercare has been above and beyond my expectations. I'm a nurse, and I'm REALLY picky about healthcare. I was a little surprised on my first visit that the waiting room was very casual, more like a home than an office. But entering a treatment room changed my mind on that concern. Her equipment is state of the art. Most importantly, she listens. I had something in mind, and she explained exactly why that working get the results I want. It wasn't an up-sell, it was providing the appropriate patient education. She was right, and I am still a little startled when I look in the mirror, it looks lovely. But this salon holds clients to a 24-hour cancellation policy, and I got less than 24 hours' notice for an appointment I'd held for six months. The only alternative was a blowout with another stylist, which wasn't the style I'd booked and planned around. I was in the middle of wedding prep and didn't have time to rework my plans. Not a great way to start my wedding weekend. If you're booking for any important date, I'd look elsewhere.
