My friend and I got to the counter where Kimeel checked us out, I realized one of the items i was going to purchase was used so I asked if I could go get a different one, to which she said yes, later on when I looked at my receipt I saw that she charged me for both of them. I said "Oh it looks like you charged me for two of them but i only took the one that wasn't used". She looked me dead in my face and said "No i didn't." I was caught off guard because she didn't even look at the receipt, she just told me no. So i handed her the receipt to which she said "well it looks like I'm doing a return, I'm so mad that it did that". Didn't appreciate her response nor did she say sorry but it's fine.. moving on. She had also asked my friend if she was my mom and said "omg wait you're not her mom are you?" She also made a comment about my eyebrows and how she can tell i just got them done but i should have gotten them done at ulta. Well.. My t-zone is always red so no i hadn't gotten them done... i can see she may have meant it as a compliment but i was extremely embarrassed that she pointed this out. Overall i think there were just a lot of things that she said that i didn't feel comfortable with nor did i think it was good customer service. It would be a nice reminder to be mindful of what you may be commenting on.. It's getting harder to find an Ulta where i feel comfortable shopping at.
