We spent an hour after lunch checking out the various stores on the town green hoping to find something to send to her daughters. When we entered Hush - the woman working (I'm later told it's the owner's daughter) was not friendly, and did not make my friend or I feel welcomed or comfortable. It was totally unwarranted. The silly hat she was considering buying was left behind as the girl working there made us feel like "we weren't classy enough" to be in the store... please you sell weekend hooker hats lol On the flip side, the lady working the children's boutique lovely woman and I'm in need of baby gifts for my neighbor but now on the fence of supporting a family business where someone clearly doesn't understand customer service.

The store offered to take back the item and replace with any other item available at the store (at the marked price) or they could order the same item online as it was currently not available in their store. I still preferred to have the same item, it's a comfortable and smart T, so one of the attendants placed the order with the online store, and I received a fresh piece at home yesterday already :-); the new one looks pretty nice!

I tried SIX TIMES over the course of a week to get my prescription and they kept giving me the run around. By the 8th day of trying, I said forget it and I am going to Sebastopol now. (Which Sebastopol family pharmacy has been SO much better already) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE HELPLESS PHARMACISTS. Save yourself the time, energy and headache, and just go somewhere else.
