The main reason we came was for the chicken wings, and unfortunately, those were a bit disappointing and left us wanting more. However, the owner personally came over to apologize and explained that those were not the wings they normally serve. He even comped us $10 in cash, which was a very appreciated and classy gesture. The staff was friendly throughout our visit, and because of how the situation was handled, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and plan to come back again to let them redeem themselves.

Only thing is when it gets packed, it does get pretty loud, especially upstairs at the bar. So just something to keep in mind depending on the vibe you're going for.
