It turned out that my tenant was at home so I didn't have to come but it was nice to know they are available on weekends. Plus they don't charge an additional fee to come out after hours. It all went smoothly. They technician called me to let me know that he was on his way so I could let the tenant know. He took my debit card info over the phone when he was finished and then emailed me a receipt. I've used them quite a few times and been really pleased with their service.

He says, "Let me call you back". He calls back and says they don't do flip style keys only straight! I tell him what I told the young lady the day before, so I tell him this will not work. I hang up cancel my calendar and move on pissed. I get a call from ANOTHER tech several minutes later and he ALSO, ask what I am looking for!!! Now, I'm like, WTH kind of business it this?!.
