The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part.
