Ernies requires you wear a mask while you sit in your car. Utter nonsense. We have 7 vehicles and will not be back. Ernies, a bit of common sense would be welcomed. I went elsewhere and received my oil change, sitting in my OWN car with NO MASK. read more

Cue "We Are The Champions" by Queen. I could hear this playing on the radio when I pulled into the bay. I didn't know then it would be totally perfect for my experience there. I didn't have to wait. I pulled right in and a team of amazingly friendly gentlemen gave my car "Betty" a thorough going over to recommend services. They were honest and best of all fun. We decided to get brakes done as well as the oil and fuel cleaner service. I left my car there and in less than an hour and a half they were done. The price was about $100 less than I expected to pay somewhere else. These guys are hands down the Champions of quick and expert service. You must service your car here if you live in the twin cities. Super impressed. read more

I don't always have my oil changed professionally, but when I do I come to Ernies. I enjoy staying in my car. Most importantly, I appreciate the good sound work they do. A lot of places do shortcuts on diesel oil changes by not filling the filter with oil before installing it. Not at Ernies, they do it right. I'll come back for sure. read more

I stopped taking my car to Jiffy Lube shortly after I bought back in 2013 because Jiffy Lube damaged some parts on it. Ernies had a good reputation and I have always had good service at Ernies until today. Today they forgot to put the oil cap back on and they did not fill the windshield cleaner like they said they would. This is basic stuff that a customer shouldn't have to worry about! I'm immensely disappointed and will be looking for someplace else for service. read more
