The staff was polite, but my experience was very disappointing. I came in expecting a quick oil change and ended up waiting almost two hours for what should have been a 15-minute service. On top of the long wait, I was quoted nearly $200 for an oil change on my Mazda, which seemed extremely expensive. I understand that prices and wait times can vary, but this experience did not meet my expectations. I hope improvements can be made to better respect customers' time and provide clearer pricing. Especially if you're going to severely drop that price when questioned. read more

This is a message to the ownership. You have plenty of employees, but they stand around and talk. The word Jiffy should be taken out of your vocabulary saw several cars drive away because got tired of waiting for your lack of days ago employees to get to them. Outrageous pricing!!!!! I get paying for convenience. Been to busy to do it myself but 200$ for a simple oil change and oil filter replacement??? Maybe 50$ in material all together. Don't see the need to charge 150$ for 10 minutes of easy labor. Won't be going back. read more

Outrageous price deception and gouging: When I took my 2018 Ford F150 in and asked for a simple transmission fluid flush, they quoted me a price of over $800! When I questioned the price, the manager insisted it was because my truck allegedly requires a "special" transmission fluid they have to "special order" from O'Reilly's Auto Parts. I declined the Jiffy Lube service and went to Oreilly's where I discovered the fluid is only $18/quart. read more

I called ahead and gave them information about my specific vehicle and got a quote down to the exact type of oil and viscosity that I wantEd. Upon arrival I was told it was going to be $140 more than I was told. After sitting in their bay for almost 45 minutes for them to tell me that I asked to leave and that took me another 15 minutes to get out of there. I have consistently had my two vehicles' oil changes done at this particular Chehalis Jiffy Lube for over seven years until now. After changing my oil last Friday and not driving the car until Tuesday, I happened to notice the engine was over 1 quart low. Also, I recall the technician did not know how to reset the mileage for next oil change. The reminder sticker for my windshield had the wrong mileage printed on it, too. When I had asked to have my coolant flushed, I was told to have a mechanic do it. Fair. I'll also be having my mechanic oil change and service my vehicles in the future. It was a good run, Jiffy Lube, but no more. Adieu! read more

I hate to have to call this business out because the manager is nice but they serviced my car before I left to Arizona on 3/15/2023 knowing I'm going there and I wanted to be on the safe side without any problems. I started having trouble with the shifting when I got to tombstone, so I let it sit for awhile then drove it the same day to the Sierra Vista Jiffy lube on 3/23/2023 where they found that the Chehalis jiffy lube put the wrong transmission fluid in prior to me leaving State. They contacted Corporate to let them know so they wouldn't be liable if the damage was already done. I still had problems with it after they flushed out the wrong fluids an replaced it with the correct fluids. I had to fly home 3/28/2023 due to not being able to drive my car. I opened up a damage claim and it was active 3/31/2023 an was told jiffy lube would pay for my car to be towed an inspected and they would also pay to fix my car if they are found to be liable for it. I had to fight with the claims specialist Scott Rodriguez just to get my car towed an inspected while he ignored my calls an emails. After Scott Rodriguez got my car towed on 4/7/2023 to the shop, the shop found that jiffy lube was at fault and my car needs a new transmission along with other components. Scott emailed me on 4/14/2023 to let me know he hasn't reached a decision yet and will reach out when they have one. Mind you, they have already been told by a specialized mechanic that they are in fact the ones who's caused damage to my car. As of today 4/29/2023 Jiffy Lube has not paid for the damages to get it fixed and my car is still in the shop in Arizona. Scott Rodriguez will still not respond back to his emails or phone calls. They have not paid to get me a rental car as well. Beware!!! Do not take your vehicle to jiffy lube period. If they mess it up they will not pay to get it fixed! You will have to get legal representation like I am to make them be accountable for their actions. You've been warned. read more

Got myself a new car and brought it to jiffy lube for an oil change, coolant flush, and ac recharge. They also cleaned the glue off my windshield and headlight, from the car lot stickers. Spotless. The wait time was faster than expected, and the customer service was great! I left in about an hour and a half, with 3 cars ahead of me. I certainly recommend this location for anyone that isn't very car savvy. read more

I went to this location today for a full service oil change with synthetic oil. For what I assume is due to Covid restrictions, I was told I had to remain in my truck while service was performed. At the midway point of the service there was a horrible twisting/wrenching sound coming from under my truck. When I asked the technician about that, he said it was the skid plate being removed to gain access to the oil plug? (My truck is nothing more than a standard 4X4 without any modifications). When I got home I double checked on the need to have the skid plate removed to gain access to the oil drain plug, and of course it isn't required. Makes me wonder what the wrenching sound was? (Perhaps stripping the oil plug; or maybe removing a part that did not require removal, etc..). I am expecting that at some point I will regrettably find out at a most inconvenient time read more

As soon as I pulled up to jiffy lube, a young man named cody came to assist me. He was very polite and professional. He had my car in and out in a short period of time and every thing was done without any leaks. I had oil change, tires rotated and pressure checked, fluids filled and new wipers installed. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this service center. My husband purchased a 1986 samuri that had been sitting for 3 years. We brought it into this jiffy lube to have everything checked and filled. That included changing the oil checking all fluids including the transmission. After paying 162.00 driving away feeling confident the check out receipt was corect. We drove it for a free days notice it wasn't running correctly. Brought the rig to our mechanic. He took it for a test drive and the transmission locked up. He informed us it had les then 2 oz of fluid it had no leaks and caps in place. . Our transmission is destroyed and will cost over fifteen hundred to replace. My husband waited years to get this rig.This irresponsible business has put us at a one car family until it's resolved. When we looked at the check out paper the transmission fluid was check off as being full We payed them to do nothing . On top of a rig sitting at the mechanic. read more

The best part was the things they recomended I have something done with they brought the part out to show me why, even down to a filter. I was very impressed with the quality of work as well as customer service. The oil change on my F150 was rapidly performed with competence and cheerfulness. The manager even allowed me to take my leashed bird dog into the waiting room! The waiting room was well stocked with tea and coffee, a movie was playing on the flat screen and the place was immaculate.
