The men here communicated well, both to wash dishes and to me as the customer. Seems like they have a good work flow. Went over and above to get my check oil light reset Professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this location! read more

First let's consider one obvious problem with doing your own oil change. The cost to do your own oil is not even worth the 15 minutes that you would spend at jiffy lube. And quite honestly it doesn't even matter about anything else, because when you go to a jiffy lube you actually get treated better than you do at half the restaurants anywhere. I'm not getting paid to post this. And I could care less whether you believe me or not. But I've been going to jiffy lube now for over 10 years and my vehicles have never run better in the past 10 years. read more

I just want to thank the two men at this Jiffy Lube who helped with my tire on 11/8. I hit debris on I5 and all the time shops were closed. They were able to help us and get us back in the road in about 15 minutes. Thanks for all your help. You could have turned us away but chose to help read more

The team working at this location were kind respectful fast and located the problem with my engine in no time. They were so knowledgeable and now my car is running wonderful. I was so scared when my engine started chugging but they found out right away it was the cylinders and spark plugs and were quick to fix the problem. I recommend this team to anybody and everybody! Thank you guys! read more

Oil change was done in under 10 minutes! The crew working tonight was knowledgeable and professional. They were extremely quick and efficient!!! read more

Don't go here unless you want terrible service. Oh and they also don't honor coupons :-)

They performed a tuneup and oil change quickly. Very friendly shop. I felt comfortable and taken care of. Super happy with the service provided! read more

Had oil change quick and easy. Friendly workers. Gave me a list of everything checked and what is due for maintenance.

My Subaru 2014's oil light went on. My husband checked the oil and it was low. We took it to this business for a top off and 3 workers there assured us it was full. My husband requested another check in front of him and it was low. One of the workers justification was that he doesn't like Subarus because they have "bad readings". Incredible! read more

I went here for an oil change and they fried my $200 gel battery. They came in and asked if the car had an electrical problem. (And it hasn't at all for the time I owned it and the owner before). I said no, and they went back out. A little later another guy came in and asked if there was an electrical problem with the car and I said there wasn't. And he said the car wouldn't start. I asked what they did to it and they said that they didn't open the hood until they got it into the shop. But they said they had to jump it to get it into the shop (I didn't pick up on it at the time but later, that they had to pop the hood to jump it). So they lied to me. And I had to buy a new battery. They are dishonest and will not own up to their mistakes. I have changed my own oil from that day forward. I am weary about places to touch my vehicles and definitely never will go to any Jiffy Lube ever! Hope this helps. read more

Free coffee? Check. Cheerful, prompt service? Check. Star Wars, Episode IV on in the waiting room? Epic. The service was quick, friendly, thorough and up-front. I'm not normally much a fan of Jiffy Lube, but lack of pre-planning had me with a little bit of free time and a desperate need for an oil change, so I figured I would give them a chance. I'm glad I did, as they were nice folk and provided a quality experience. read more

I dropped in today (a regular in Salem, Oregon) because my check engine light came on. I explained to one of the techs that I still had 600 miles left on my oil but I was hoping they would check it out. After a few questions another tech went back outside and left me sitting in the lobby. A different tech came back and said "that'll be 32.39." Excited I asked, "So the check engine light was repaired?" He said no, take the car to a mechanic, thats not what they do but they had changed the oil? What the hell? I didn't need oil, and I never authorized my oil to be changed. I asked them to look into making sure the levels were correct and if it had to do with the check engine light. I was in the middle of no where and didn't really have much of a choice without my husband. Any woman reading this should know that Jiffy Lube takes advantage of women and minorities. NEVER give them your money- Rev. SVJ- read more

Eh. It was alright. Oil was changed properly, just did not get a friendly feeling from the staff. Windows were washed bad, I'd rather drive to Lacey for my usual spot. Not going back. read more

If you are a regular, they remember you, which is nice. The people who work at the Centralia store often work at the Chehalis store, and visa verse, so the courtesy of remembering regular customers transfers from one store to another. If you have an older car that needs oil frequently (as I do) it is an especially good value because they offer free top off service. Look for coupons online, in Val Pak mailings and when they are slow they put up a discount oil change sign - so get the work done when they are not busy to save $$$. I recommend them. read more

I agree with the reviews here. The service was impeccable! I came in as they were opening. I was greeted, seated, offered coffee and a couple minutes later, told about the options for service. I think the "top off" service should be advertised more. I had no idea about it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great job, guys! read more

This is a follow up review to the one I posted to the Jiffy Lube in Chehalis. After reading my review the other day, the regional manager of Jiffy Lube contacted me directly. He scheduled a follow up appointment to address my concerns, (if interested see my review of the Chehalis Jiffy Lube). I then went into the Centralia Jiffy Lube location and had the kind of service I have come to expect from Jiffy Lube. The tech went to great lengths to confirm that all was as it should be underneath the truck. This was done at no charge to me. If given a choice between the Jiffy Lube locations of Chehalis or Centralia, clearly I would choose Centralia. read more

i stopped in this morning to grab a burger at wendys and saw jeffy lube was open, i had planned to do my own oil change in my truck myself as i had bought new mobil 1 oil and filter and upgraded wix filter. so i thought, well jeffy is close and spending 20-25 dollars i would have them do the change for me instead. well once i pulled in and asked if they could use my own oil and filter i had already purchase. they said sure.. then i ask what the charge would be and the managing tech told me $ 59.99 !!!!! that was crazy !!! (i thought to myself) i then proceeded to ask why so much, since i brought my own oil and filter. the lead tech snarled and said that's the price take it or leave it ! i said well i have to leave it, so i got back into my trk and left. horrible service attitude and rip off pricing for only10 mins of actual work. that comes out to approx $360.00 and hour to unscrew drain plug, put it back in, fill will 6 quarts of customer provided new oil, spin old filter off, spin customer provided new filter back on. being a senior and having experienced this kind of rodeo before, i will never go there again, for anything. trying to take advantage of seniors. not a good thing, "imho" read more

Great place to get a quick affordable oil change!!! I been using Jiffy Lube for 17 years and I like what they do!

Jiffy lube is always fast and friendly service! No complaints at all, they go above and beyond

2/16/2020 service: both guys staffing the place were friendly and honest and seemed genuinely looking out for my best interest. I came in thinking I needed more of their services than I really did. They could have charged me for what I thought I needed and made a profit and carried on and I would not have known any better. Instead they educated me, got me what I really needed which saved me money and gave me a strong sense that I would want to come back. read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option! DO NOT go here! I paid to get my air conditioner fixed. They recharged it and said they found no leaks. It worked for a couple days. Took it back. Checked it- no leaks. Recharged again. Worked for a day! Finally took it to a Real shop and guess what a HOLE in the condenser! No leaks huh?! Then they want to give me certificates for free oil change!! Haha! They are not touch my car again. read more

I locked my keys in the car today and the staff was so nice to help me out even though I was not a guest. To Dave and the rest of the team you saved my bacon! They are more than an oil change place they care about everyone and they are willing to help anyone at a time of need! read more

Wow! I hope everyone gets treated like I did. Great job Tyler, Adam. Also for the two behind the scenes...Alex and Larry.

On a road trip to Seattle from bend oregon. My car was leaking and engine smoking. The guys fixed it right up and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful, friendly service. read more

Friendly staff, quick and reliable service too! I've been here one other time and it was the same then too. I come to Centralia 4x a month and put 1000 miles on my car a month so Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes. read more

I have been going to this location for at least 10 years now. Never had a reason not to trust them. Their work has always been very good. They seemed to have changed hands lately. Took my truck in 2 weeks ago and had the oil changed. The guy told me the skid plate was in the way and maybe I would see some drips. I have never had this problem in the 3 yrs I have had my truck. I park on concrete. When I started my truck today there was leaking. The oil filter was dripping oil. will take it in tomorrow and see how they handle it. They either did not tighten it properly or the filter was damaged. I'm leary of trusting this new group of workers now. I may have to find a new place to go to. If they take care of the problem with no attitude I may reconsider. read more

Pulled in because of some oil leak. Jiffy Lube looked and found the leak. Advised me of what to do. Great service!

What a bad way to treat customers. I went in and they offered to check my tires. My front were low but said my back were good. The back tires were 2 months old. The gal went to my back tire and hollers oh no as I heard her try to put air in a tire that she says was ok. She call for another guy and he said you better get to Olympia where I bought the tires. He said you have a bad valve. How she said my tire was ok. He said no this is not good. Shocked I went 3 blocks to Les Schwab my tire went flat. Even L S said it just happened. They said it would be 87 to fix it. I called Jiffy since there was no invoice on putting air in my tire they were not responsible. They were very unkind and not caring. The lady lied and said I came in like that. Whoa what a mess. But thanks to L S fixed it free. Beware of this business read more

We arrived just 30 min before close on a sunday. They were friendly and fast. I had a previous problem at another Jiffy lube location with one of my filters. The filter was replaced and put on correctly with no extra charges! I will be going back to this jiffy lube from now on! read more

I've always said that if you want to see how a business is run, check the bathrooms. Not only was this facility impeccably clean, but the service was exceptional as well. I'm talking 'walk you back to your car and open the door for you' service. I will always go there for now on! read more

These guys are awesome, well trained and very friendly. I recommend going here if you need an oil change, or A/C recharge, they do so much more than just oil! Oh and that free top off policy is amazing!! read more

Fast, fair and friendly! Both when I called and when I went in they were friendly with speedy service and they went out of their way to accommodate my daughter and I while we waited. They even topped off my anti-freeze but only charged me for what they put in. And before going to get my oil changed I was way overdue for service and my oil was low, so I bought a quart and added some in. Some of the oil was left unused and I left it sitting in my car-I had no way of disposing of it, so they took that off my hands, too. Thanks, Jiffy Lube! read more

I went in to get an oil change and when I asked the man, who turned out to be the manager, the price, I was told $ 79.99 for synthetic oil. I then asked if I didn't want synthetic oil how much it would cost and the man said, "You could put Crisco in it for all I care." So then I asked if all they offered was synthetic or Crisco and he told me the price for regular, but by then I was so offended I refused to give him my money. I got great service at a great price at a Mobile on Pearl where I will go from now on. read more

John the site manager, is nice guy. Shop is clean, and I just get basic oil change for $29.99 on small Honda. He offers other services, but wasn't pushy on upselling. Good service. read more

Up until Friday December 23 I was a regular customer of this shop. That is until the counter person argued with me about having my e-mail because I commented that I looked at my e-mail for coupon offers before coming in. He said we don't have your e-mail on file...well young man I can find emails from your Jiffy Lube back through to 2015. Arguing with him about the e-mail was just the start. Every time...I mean every time I go in there I am charged more and more. This trip was going to cost me in the $80 range and I said WHAT!!!! I have never paid that much for an oil change here and it seems to be going up all the time. He looked at my records and said the last time I was in a high quality oil filter was put on the car. AND JUST WITH WHO'S PERMISSION because it wasn't mine! The last time I was in I had a transmission flush and oil change. I got a great price because of coupons FROM MY E-MAIL! The counter person is always trying to peddle off something more than just an oil change and basically if I wanted more I would tell you I wanted more! This time he tried to sell me an engine flush on top of my oil change. To top all that off they over fill my car with oil and then tell me the next time I have a leak. One time they told me my serpentine belt was cracked and frayed trying to get me to allow them to change and charge me. I didn't fall for that non-sense. I in fact got my serpentine belt changed at the same time as my water pump replace by a trusted mechanic who showed me the belt and it didn't have anything wrong with it. I am glad several people have given this place 5 stars and continued business but my business ended December 23 mostly because of being argued with but also over charging and indicating they are placing items on my car without my permission. For me new year mean new oil change place! read more
