The door was locked but there were people inside so I waved to find out if it was open or not. Two people came to the door one person said it was open the other one said no so I just said okay thank you and left and then they locked the door again but the open sign is still on. Very confusing. There was a bit of a language barrier but usually people can figure it out I'm not really sure what's going on.

The pedicure was great, no complaints at all, but the manicure was not that good. First, the polish application was too thick (I think it was at least three layers of nail polish ), so it started lifting and peeling really quickly. Not a huge fan of that. Second, I was not very pleased with the cuticle removal process. Quite a bit was was left behind, so that part of the service felt a little rushed. For my friend, when she was getting her pedicure they accidentally used the wrong color on one of her feet, so they had to start the process all over again since the gel had already set. To their credit, they fixed it without complaint and they were very apologetic about it. For her manicure, she wanted acrylics, and it seemed like the first technician who started the set didn't really know how to do it, so she waited for another employee to be available and switched with her. Overall, the employees were all very nice, the prices are affordable and the place looks well kept. P.S. They do charge a 3% fee if paying with a credit card, but they also have a fee-free ATM inside. Also, they get very busy, so I would recommend making an appointment rather than walking in.

I love this place, and I LOVE Ashley! I had been traumatized by a previous stylist, and my hair was destroyed, so I was apprehensive about letting anyone touch it. From the moment I walked in the door, Ashley put me at ease, assuring me my hair could be saved. She was so sensitive to my situation, and was able to fix my hair without any drastic measures. I go to Plush every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done. Going in right after work I am usually pumped up and slightly tense, by the time I leave I am completely relaxed! No massage, just getting my nails done in a totally relaxing atmosphere with a great staff! Bethany is very detail oriented and artistic.
