So it has been a little over a year since my last laser touch-up sessions and about 40% of my axillary (underarm) hair has started to grow back. It actually started growing back within a year of my last treatment so I messaged the clinic for a touch-up session but was quoted for $60 so expect to pay for 3 sessions per touch-up request. I think it is a little expensive to be spending $60 for just a "touch-up" especially when I paid a few hundred for the initial sessions. I might just request for 2 sessions because I feel like 3 is unnecessary for just a "touch-up" especially when I will probably have to return again and again near the future. Do NOT expect this laser procedure to be permit and a "one-time procedure" because your hair will probably grow back especially if you are in your mid 20's like me (damn hormones!). Had a great experience at a sister location for laser hair removal and would recommended. The doctor was kind as well as the staff but I would not recommend tickle lipo. I've had it done in my lower abdomen and had alot of irregularities and reach out years ago and heard nothing back. Ended up paying more to get it fixed by a plastic surgeon. This place is heaven. Early this month, the doctor took me in his office and personally removed my face moles with his laser. Recommended which laser worked best for my rosea AND he didn't make me sign any contracts or sell a package or force anything on me. Only gave knowledgeable suggestions and it was SO effective. I used to love this place. I was getting many different services at this location for well over 10 years. I even had my family and friends coming here. The prices were reasonable and the service was great but like most businesses that get to busy good service is no longer a priority, making money is all that matters. I recently went in for a laser treatment (for an area I've been getting treatment on for quite awhile now) and a facial IPL. The same nurse did both my treatments and I can tell she was very inexperienced. Seemed as though she did not know what she was doing. My laser treatment normally take about 20 mins, she rushed it in less that half the time, she didn't cover the entire area. It was a waste of money and time as my hair grew back within a week. My IPL was also very rushed with her sending photos of my face to the doctor (this is my 4th IPL and I always had a live consultation with the Dr before beginning the treatment) this time around pictures were sent to him and he gave her the treatment plan over the phone. Im not sure if his treatment plan was wrong or she didn't know what she was doing but I felt nothing (normally I feel a little burning/tingling after the procedure), I didn't feel a thing and I got zero results. I did email the clinic letting them know that I wasn't satisfied with both treatments. I got a reply stating that I could have to procedures redone and that someone would call me to schedule them however I never received a call or email for scheduling....once again left feeling like good service isn't their priority. Im cutting my losses and finding a new clinic. I guess I should be thankful that I got no results instead of botched results from getting laser treatments by someone that I feel didn't know what she was doing. Advice to those who decided to get an IPL at this clinic...make sure the Dr is present on the day of your treatment. He is the experienced professional and should be there to oversee the treatment. The lip injections where slightly painful but nothing like I had imagined. The kybella injection in comparison to the lips was not painful. I came here for 2 sessions of laser hair removal. they have the Lumenis lightsheer duet laser (diode) with suction action. i ended up with some burns which there is always a risk for dark skinned people like myself. THey do not have package deals and just do laser for one session at a time which i really appreciate since there is no locked in commitment. i ended up going somewhere else to use the YAG laser for my darker skin. I went there few years ago to have my facial mole removed. Doctor was very helpful and explained well details procedure. It was little painful during the session but it's not unbearable. After few weeks mole start reduced in size and lighter. I contacted them after over month I've seen the mole still not completed gone. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately this isn't the case. I repaid for a set of laser treatments to remove my underarm hair. I was so impressed with the first 2 sessions I decided to prepay for my upper lip too. After the 3rd and 4th time, I decided NOT to return. They can keep my money. 1) Each nurse who performed the treatment did it differently! The first 2 times, they held my skin down after they used the machine over it. This decreased the sense of pain. The following 3rd and 4th time the girl who did it, did not hold my skin down and said she had to lower the amount being laser on because she didn't understand WHY it hurt... 2) If you request for someone specific they don't know their schedule until 1-2 days before & sometimes until the day of... this is very inconvenient. 3) They make you bring your own plastic cover @ each treatment. I think it cost $10 (not included in the price of the treatment). As a customer you shouldn't need to direct the person performing the task how to do it. The treatment needs to be standardized. With that being said, I would not recommend this place. I wish I spent a little more and went else where. read more

The doctor once again reached out and offered an apology and explanation. Due to their interest in resolving the misunderstanding I'm updating my review. The doctor seems understanding of my issue with the last call from his office and like I stated offered an apology and did refund me $250 which is something I did not expect. If nothing else at least it shows he wants all his customers to be happy with any service they get here. I decided to wait until I saw results to write this review. I definitely chose this place because of the low $ !! This is probably one of the lowest prices I've seen for laser hair removal. I paid for the one year unlimited treatment for both underams & brazillian (I honestly forgot the price, but it was about $480 maybe). This meant that I get a session every 5-6 weeks, which was definitely a great deal. Also I started to do my upper lip about halfway through the year and they were sweet enough to honor the prices that they had originally been (so $15 bucks a session) what a steal!!! Scheduling is always relatively easy, they are open pretty early to pretty late, so it's super easy to get an appointment. Girls in the front are always pleasant and sweet. No attitudes here! The place is pretty hard to find, I got SUPER lost the first time. It's clear double doors that also lead to the orthodontic clinic, once you go through the doors theres a stairway up, and you go up the stairs and turn right. The office is BEAUTIFUL and super clean. Very nice and modern. They recently just upgraded into a bigger suite so it's very spacious. I only was able to skype with Dr. Reza which was fine since I'm not getting anything invasive done. He was thorough and explained everything. NOW ONTO THE LASER: I've had pretty good results after 8 sessions: underams are completely gone, and my brazillian is about 90% there. I can't say much for my upper lip as i've only had 2 sessions but the hair seems to be much thinner already! The reason for 4 stars: the inconsistency with the nurses. Every time I go in, someone tells me something different. One nurse told me not to shave since the laser will fry off all my hairs. then another nurse asked me why I didn't shave, since she had to shave me while I was there and it's not as effective (She told me to shave the day before). Another nurse told me that the prior nurses had my settings SUPER HIGH which was unnecessary. So overall I'm pretty confused about the RIGHT way to do my laser, but whatever, my hair's gone and I dont have any side effects so I'm happy !! read more

I am so happy with the results of my lip injections by Dr. Ghazi. I came in for the procedure last March, as my lips have retained so much of the Juvederm to date.
