This place used to be good. Doctor is nice, place is clean, nurses were friendly, good pricing. However, they focused on expansion so much the quality has deteriorated over the years. The first few sessions where doctor was still in there running between the rooms (b4 expansion) to oversee the procedures here and there, the laser hair removal was very effective. Now, the nurses are never the same whenever I visit for my touch-up appt once in a while. Some lack training, some burned me like hell (with blister), some barely did anything to the hair. Some didn't even put the metal glasses over my eyes and claimed it was not necessary. Training seems inconsistent and lack of management and oversight. They sent the experienced nurses to the new location and hired a bunch of new ones in a rush. It is such a shame that a place starts Good then goes Bad. FYI - Please keep in mind that they give discounts to people who give 5 star review. So there is bias. read more

The new tech made my laser hair removal extremely painful and unpleasant. I thought it was an one off experience. I came back again and had another painful session despite her lowering the energy multiple times. She was also very slow so it was one long painful process. I JUST got my first kybella treatment, and this review is solely based on how nice the doctor and nurse were. They answered all my questions, which were a lot. The doctor constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment and after. It was already dark out so he asked my nurse to walk me to my car, so she walked me to their back parking lot. They truly go above and beyond to make all their patients feel comfortable which is important when finding a place to get stuff like this done. As for the actual treatment, it's too soon for me to tell results. But the procedure alone was easy. I just turned 36 and decided it was time to take care of my crows feet. I did my research, and came across Dr. Ghazi. Obviously, like any other cosmetic procedure, I was scared. I did not want to look unnatural. Dr. Ghazi is so professional and so good at his work that it left me speechless and happy at the same time. My crows feet are gone, there are no signs of Botox, and my skin looks great!! Nothing was overdone. I received the units he recommended, and I'm so happy I did. It looks natural, and that's exactly what I wanted and received. He did advise about the different types of injections I could receive, but in the end Botox was recommended for a more natural look. Again, Dr. Ghazi has been really informative about treatment(s) and expectations. Between treatments I have been using an SPF and an oil free moisturizer as he suggested-everyday! No, my melasma is not completely gone, but is fading. Giving me the most visual, BEST results I've seen. I have spent A LOT of money on skin-care these past few years that claim to remove "dark spots," with out minimizing or helping the problem. It's a complete waste of money and time! This is a skin issue that does not resolve with one IPL treatment nor will completely remove my melasma (I am aware of that since Dr. gave me all the information I needed before treatments began). But it will fade spots! And I am loving how even my skin has been looking! I'm a minimalist, so my skin needs to always look its best ;D I don't like wearing make-up everyday and I never have.
