I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience. My boyfriend and I drove a long distance for this appointment, only to be turned away over a strict policy with zero flexibility or understanding. While I understand businesses need policies, the way this situation was handled felt very cold and transactional rather than client-focused. There was no effort to accommodate, reschedule reasonably, or offered to wait while she finished up other clients. It felt more about enforcing rules and keeping a deposit than actually valuing a paying client's time and effort. After spending time, gas, and planning around this appointment, being dismissed so quickly was frustrating and honestly left a bad impression. Customer service should still matter just as much as policies. We gave ourselves 1.5 hours to get to his appointment. We thought it would only take 45 minutes max to get there coming from Santa Monica but there was an accident which caused us to be 2 minutes late and she still did nothing to accommodate his appointment. I do want to note that I will continue to honor the rest of your sessions that you purchased from me on Black Friday (as all packages are non-refundable which is stated in your invoice) but after your package is over we will go our separate ways as client and service provider. Unfortunately due to the circumstances with you not following through on your scheduled service today and wasting my time again I feel like this is the best route for us." Cool. I had a terrible experience here with tattoo removal. So apparently after 10 sessions the sessions are free. I was at my 6th or 7th session the last time I went there. After that we scheduled an appointment, Natalie never sent me a confirmation the day before like she did every other session and didn't even try to reschedule. I have tried to contact her a few times to schedule my next appointment and she has just ignored my messages on Instagram. Just got back from visiting Nataly, at the Inkshop beauty Parlor and I am super happy with my new look!!! I came in for a lip filler and a double chin fat dissolver. I was first greeted my Melissa (such a sweet heart) and was asked to fill out some documents before starting my session. (There is plenty of Parking in the back, very nice and clean place) I was very nervous since I had never done the hyaluron pen, but let me tell you it was totally worth it!!! Nataly is amazing and beautiful, I asked her a few questions regarding the services and got all my questions answered. I felt completely at ease while getting my lip fillers done. I don't show any bruising, very slight swelling and I am actually able to drink out of a straw (not like other fillers I had done previously years ago). I also reached out to Nataly, and advised that I showed no difference in my lips and she said that it was due to the fact that I didn't drink a lot of water and my body must have been dehydrated. Yes, I did not drink air of water before my lip fillers. Since I had started a diet that same day I got them done, I began to drink almost about one gallon every day. The good thing is that I only paid half price since they had a sale going on. If you don't drink a lot of water, I do not recommend this needle free option. It will be a waste of money down the drain (especially if you pay full price). I finally found the courage to write this review after I started to see people speak out about how rude and unhelpful Natalie actually is. I had a simple tattoo removal consultation. I got there on time (7 minutes before my appointment) and waited to be seen. Once my appointment time rolled around I was still waiting. 10 minutes pass and another coworker of hers enters the building. He acknowledges me and carries on. 15 minutes go by and I am still not being seen by her for some reason. Mind you she was with a customer but had already finished with them before my appointment time. 20 minutes go by and she comes to the waiting room and STILL does not acknowledge me!! She starts chit chatting with the coworker that had just walked in.... They talk for like 5 more minutes and that is when she decides to acknowledge my existence. She then takes me to the room and the consultation was, I kid you not, 50 seconds long. $50 down the drain because I sure as HELL won't be coming back. Check out the other review about the lady who had seen her for a removal and had so many sessions done and her tattoo still looks like she got it done a few days ago. I waited like another reviewer for quite some time to post a review. Natalie was referred to me by a tattoo artist. I went to Natalie a total of three times. I went to her to get the tattoo removed from my lower back. After the third time, I showed the tattoo to the artist that referred me. He and a few other artists mentioned the black outlining should have been way lighter (I showed them a before picture) and they all mentioned there was ZERO difference. After their comments, I contacted Natalie and she got extremely defensive with a complete attitude. If I'm paying $250 a session, I want to be sure I'm getting what I'm paying for...instead of remaining professional and answering any questions or concerns, she got EXTREMELY rude. This chick definitely needs to pull her head out of her ass. After that, I decided not to invest in the process with her because I no longer trusted her. The size of my back tattoo is fairly large, it took her less than 6 minutes at most to treat (I always kept track). When I started the removal with a new artist, let me tell you the DIFFERENCE. They numbed the area which made the process way more comfortable and it took them longer than 6 minutes to complete a treatment and I could see the difference after 2 treatments with them. I waited to get treated elsewhere before I made an honest review. I'm glad I didn't give Natalie my business and hard earn money. She was taking advantage no doubt and now I understand why she got defensive. Natalie is super shady and does NOT care about you as her client, she cares about the money...
