got a oil change it was a hour and a half oil change went out side to see what was taking so long the guy giving me the oil change was struggling to put my dust cover back on three days later it's dragging on the freeway I live in Glendora work in San Bernardino when I left the place I had oil running down the side of my fender. My oil light was not reset if something as simple as an oil change isn't done right on my way this morning taking it back to see what they have to say .

I have to give a backstory first . I drove down an unfamiliar road and ended up running over a rock that punctured not one but 2 tires on the same side . This was around 11am , I didn't get a tow truck until 2:45am ( AAA ) . The worst 3 hours EVER ! Called another tow around 8 am and had to wait 5 hours to get picked up. I called Plus 1 performance to get pricing on tires around 8am . I spoke to Paul . He's such a remarkable gentleman. He is a man of his word . I was assisted by a gentleman names Ozzie , he did the paperwork for me. I appreciated Paul's hospitality and making me feel comfortable while I wait . I was given a good deal ( I know nothing about tires or what's a good price or not , however I did my research and let me just say I'm grateful ) . The staff are really nice & considerate . I would HIGHLY recommend this place .

I had to pull off the highway on a trip to Big Bear due to a loud squeaking noise near my rear wheels on my lifted truck. I thought it was a bearing issue on one of my wheels. Brought it to this shop and they quickly diagnosed it as a driveline issue. They removed the balancer on the driveshaft, which had come loose, and I was able to get it to my destination and then home with some harmless vibration. They were really honest and definitely saved our family trip!! He gave me the part and told me what to order. He also emphasized that he wouldn't let me drive it unless he could verify it would keep my family safe. So thankful!!!

Got a call at work from my wife telling me that a tire on our truck was flat. Left work early to have it repaired. Took it to a local tire shop that patched it but then would NOT remount it on the rim saying that they didn't think the repair would hold. (Punctured by a fairly large object on the tread) Long story short, I took my tire and rim and cut my losses. Won't be going back there. After reading the reviews and Bio on YELP, I decided to give PLUS 1 a try. Was greeted by Paul and told him what had happened. He said he would have the tire remounted on the rim and test the repair (which the other shop should have done) and go from there. I'm thinking I might have to buy at least 2 new tires but it turns out the repair held air. So, I asked him to to rotate the tires and in a little over an hour I was on my way home. Customer service was Excellent. Paul is very friendly and helpful. It's a little farther for me to drive to, but I'll definitely be coming back for service on my truck. read more

I Have been coming here for about 5yrs. They have worked on about 4 of mine and my boyfriends car and every time they have done an amazing job. They are polite, fast, and have great customer service. I came for an oil change and they found a nail in my tire. Thank goodness they found it and took care of it. Wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Pretty good place. I do take my car to other shops, but this is usually my "go-to" shop for great work. The workers are very nice and upfront. The prices are decent. I could get my car done someplace for cheaper, but I like this place because I will usually leave knowing that I wasn't screwed over and that they actually did do quality work on my car. It's not like I can go back myself and check the work they did, so that assurance is very important. read more

Found a nail in my tire and my regular tire service company was slammed and closing early on a Saturday. They were able to do a lighting quick patch on my tire and have me back on the road in no time on a Saturday. The gentleman were really helpful and polite. If I wasn't moving within the next few days, I'd definitely make this my go-to tire service spot. Thanks gentleman. read more

I had a Auto Service in Redlands, Pit Stop, who was absolutely horrible. I meet Paul at Plus 1 Performance through the Highland Chamber of Commerce. He has helped me resolve numerous mechanical problems cause by service of horrible service at Pit Stop. He has an honest business with a level of customer service that you just can't find in the Auto Service Industry. His workers are respectfully and always explaining what they did and to show me the old parts and why things had to be replaced. No one has done this before. If you live in the Greater Inland Empire, you need to come and meet Paul, Lou and Joe and experience the level of service you have been missing. read more

It was a Sunday. I noticed a water leak under my truck. Oh great I had to leave by 12 pm. to drive to Southern Nevada on Monday the next day. What to do. Of course without a thought I went to my favorite place, Plus 1 Performance. They were open! I spoke with Joe. Who was friendly and courtesy. It was no problem. He called me back quickly and assured that it could be done by Monday at 12 pm. I went in to pick up at 11 am on Monday. As promised it was ready for me, and done early. I was greeted by Lou and Debra as soon as I walked in. Owner Paul personally took care of me. What a great visit. This is the place to go! read more

I really appreciated the help these guys gave me when my brakes overheated on the way down from Big Bear. They put my mind at ease and even test drove the car around the parking lot to make sure it was safe to drive. Super friendly, super helpful. NEVER GET ANOTHER DOLLAR. Last week I bought a set of tires here for my wife's car. While I was there I asked Paul how much to install tires on a set of wheels. He told me $71. Yesterday when I arrived with four tires and wheels for my hot rod to be mounted and balanced, I was told it would be $100 because I bought the tires elsewhere. I have spent, over the years, over $8000 on tires and other work at this place and you would think that when I balked at the new price, Paul would have installed the tires for what he had quoted. They were already off of the car! He declined to do that, so I took them to the used tire place on 5th and had them done without a hassle. Not a big deal right? A shame to lose a customer for $29. Turns out there are plenty of tire shops that do not treat car guys like they were there to buy a used car. I'm done.... read more

I had a tire blowout recently in Moreno Valley. I stopped into Big O Tires on Sunnymead, and they have me a quick quote on my Continental tire that I needed; really good price, but I didn't have the time to wait approximately 2-3 hours (what they told me it would take to order, pick up, & install) So I drove back to Highland, where I live, and I googled "tire shops near me". Plus One Tire Pros came up, so I took a ride over, and I was sooo glad I did. Paul went over and above to take care of me. He ordered my tire, had someone go pick it up, then install it; AND I had my oil changed there, too!! I even told them Big O was cheaper; Paul called them while I was there, and he price-matched Big O's price. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour! Excellent, considering they had to order and pickup my tire, plus do the work. This is an excellent business. They are very professional, trustworthy and accommodating. First time here, we purchased a new tire because ours kept getting low. Paid $165 for one tire. A few hours later that tire was also low. We took the tire back. We were told the tire was good but our rim was broken n the rim was the problem not the tire. We agreed to get the rim fixed for $150. Two days later we got a call saying the rim was ready, however, the tire was damaged due to the rim being cracked and i needed to purchase ANOTHER tire! I tried speaking to manager Paul . I asked why didnt they call me first when they found out the new tire had been damaged? His response..what difference would that have made? Really..i could have said either dont fix the rim and i purchase a different tire..still my choice..but he says what difference???? Then told me he would sell me another tire for 89$ . I will never return here..or recommend anyone there..i will be reporting to better business Bureau read more

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read through our company's profile and my personal bio data. Plus one was established over 30 years ago in 1985 and one thing we have always beleived in is if we take care of the customer then business will grow. I personally beleive that consumer these days are very well informed and educated about the products and services they need and I do not beleive in creating rediculous offers like " Buy 1 tire and get 3 tires free " or some similar, I want to first listen to client's initial point of concern and then address that and then make any further recommendations or concerns for safety issues. I am not the low price leader but the prices are fair and reasonable . I take pride in what I do. Like any other business, we also mess up time to time and it usually isn't the brightest of the moments but I stand behind all the products and services I sell and in the event you are not $100% satisfied, please give me an opprtunity to make good !

The fact that Paul said that he can service Mercedes vehicles and that he's cheaper than Walter Mercedes is all lies. Save yourself the trouble if you have a Mercedes and go to the dealership. Do not trust this guy. The simple fact to have a wrong rim size on the front end could have destroyed my wife's vehicle and endangered her life. Not to mention the fact she specifically talked to Paul and told him about the differential rim sizes. He acknowledged that he knew about it, yet this still happened. He took it too lightly that he made a mistake. My wife drives this car and I followed her home and could see that the car was off. He had the audacity to ask why I was mad when I returned to get the tires fixed. Just go to Walters. They give you a courtesy vehicle and they'll know about the specs of your car. Don't play with your life, go to REAL professional; these guys are not "pro". read more

I came in the day after Thanksgiving for a set of 4 new tires for my 2004 Toyota Camry. Joe was a great help! From the moment we walked in the door he answered all my questions and made sure I would be all set with everything I would need for my vehicle. The price wasn't bad at all either. I paid $323.77 for 4 new tires. Although towards the end of service when I was trying to pay my total balance I had run into an issue with Chase. I had my grandmother with me and even though we both began to get frustrated Joe made sure we got it taken care of. The customer service was amazing!!!! I will definitely be coming back. i had an issue with my car overheating going up the incline to Big Bear. Immediately came down mountain & was told to go Plus 1 Tire Pros as they were the best to help you out. The manager Paul Palta was so helpful. Being from LA & not knowing the area very well up in Big Bear, I was afraid something bigger was wrong with my car. Paul was so honest & stated i just need coolant & could be on my way. Other mechanics could have truly took me for a fortune...it cost me all of $25! Tire Pros had excellent service as soon as I walked in their main office they talked to me and asked about my reason for coming which was a flat. They let me watch them take it off and showed me the nail that pierced it and let me take a picture. I obviously need a new tire since it tore threw the side wall. They offered me a low price for a new tire and to remount it. All the workers were clean cut and respectful. Another great thing was they dealt with the problem in a very quick time. Paul is a great guy and Joe Garcia always provides me with excellent service whenever I do have to get maintenance done on my car. Recently I had bad experience with getting my car fixed at a nearby pep boys. Started looking around for new tires and came along this place online. The owner Paul gave me different quotes on different tires that were great tires for an affordable price. When I went in i was greeted by great customer service as well as updates on my car. After needing alignment and tires I was out of there in about and hour and a half like it's supposed to be. I myself will now bring my car into this shop from now on. read more

I have been coming to Plus 1 for over two years now let me just say this place is good, fast, honest, and fair, the prices are good as well. I have never been to a Automotive repair shop where the guys in the back have greeted me with respect and the service writers are the exact same way. Seems like a skeptical place at first because of the location but the reviews are all positive and the front end workers are helpful and knowledgeable, even the mechanics are respectful and professional. Was greeted when i entered and practically met everyone in the shop, even the owner! Would come back again. As with anything, come with a set of knowledge so you can negotiate but if not they give decent deals. read more

I came in to Plus 1 tires today, wanting to get a larger tire put on my car, they even had their maintenance guy try on the tire i wanted before i have to commit to purchasing the tire from them. the owner himself walked me out to my car to show me that my new tire would fit with no rubbing. I love my new all terrains and they fit great! read more

I came in last minute to repair a flat tire and they immediately helped me out. They also offered a discount on the tire repair I needed as well. Ultimately my tire was shot and I needed to purchase a new one. My vehicle is pretty old and they pointed out some other issues but didn't put on a lot of pressure for me to fix it right away. read more

I promised Paul I would leave a review, so I made an account just for this! I got a flat tire while on the way up to Lake Arrowhead and had to get my tire patched. Paul was super friendly and got my tire fixed up in about a half an hour, which was better than I could have hoped! read more

You won't find a more honest shop! They will explain what you need urgently and tell you that you can wait on other things. My family has been going there for years and they have always been more than fair and do whatever it takes to make things right. I trust them completely. read more

We came to plus 1 tires around 3 pm because of a flat tire and they had 10 cars lined up ahead of us. They pulled our car ahead of the others and got ours done within 30 minutes. Thanks guys for the great service. We will be coming back read more

I took my 1998 Toyota Tacoma in for an Alignment. They got it done in less than an hour! The waiting room has a comfortable couch and AC. Very clean, the staff were friendly and professional. Will be a return customer for sure. read more
