The fact that Paul said that he can service Mercedes vehicles and that he's cheaper than Walter Mercedes is all lies. Save yourself the trouble if you have a Mercedes and go to the dealership. Do not trust this guy. The simple fact to have a wrong rim size on the front end could have destroyed my wife's vehicle and endangered her life. Not to mention the fact she specifically talked to Paul and told him about the differential rim sizes. He acknowledged that he knew about it, yet this still happened. He took it too lightly that he made a mistake. My wife drives this car and I followed her home and could see that the car was off. He had the audacity to ask why I was mad when I returned to get the tires fixed. Just go to Walters. They give you a courtesy vehicle and they'll know about the specs of your car. Don't play with your life, go to REAL professional; these guys are not "pro". read more

I came in the day after Thanksgiving for a set of 4 new tires for my 2004 Toyota Camry. Joe was a great help! From the moment we walked in the door he answered all my questions and made sure I would be all set with everything I would need for my vehicle. The price wasn't bad at all either. I paid $323.77 for 4 new tires. Although towards the end of service when I was trying to pay my total balance I had run into an issue with Chase. i had an issue with my car overheating going up the incline to Big Bear. Immediately came down mountain & was told to go Plus 1 Tire Pros as they were the best to help you out. The manager Paul Palta was so helpful. Being from LA & not knowing the area very well up in Big Bear, I was afraid something bigger was wrong with my car. Tire Pros had excellent service as soon as I walked in their main office they talked to me and asked about my reason for coming which was a flat. They let me watch them take it off and showed me the nail that pierced it and let me take a picture. I obviously need a new tire since it tore threw the side wall. They offered me a low price for a new tire and to remount it. All the workers were clean cut and respectful. Another great thing was they dealt with the problem in a very quick time.
