Came in for an oil change and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. They pointed out recommendations that my car needed but weren't pushy to have me get them done. They explained everything to me and took me out to my car to show me the recommendations they were referring to. Definitely coming back. Prices were decent. Ask for Paul, he was very helpful. read more

I dropped by here one day late in the afternoon with tires in bad shape. Asked them if they had any time to switch a couple out for me and although there were one or two cars ahead they said sure. Very courteous and helpful staff - they came out to look at the car and fitted it with some affordable all season tires. Not that long of a wait for dropping in without an appointment. I would stop by again when I need more tires. Thank you! read more

Great customer service. We came in for a tire patch up and we were greeted with quick service and a smile! You guys saved our day.

The gentlemen here are so helpful and they have amazing customer service! I just had an unexpected tire flat and came here because it was the closest shop near me and they were willing to help within seconds I arrived. Definitely will return for future service read more

On my way to ski at Bear from San Diego in my wife's almost-new car, the low tire pressure light came on. I didn't know whether it was something to worry about or not, but didn't want to chance it going up the mountain. I was lucky to find this place nearby. Pulled in at 7 AM on a Sunday morning and they took a quick look, added air to all four tires, and sent me on my way (no charge) with a smile. read more

I showed up with a brake job that unfortunately my mechanic friend could not fix. It was a simple drum brake job but the shoes just seemed too big for some reason! We showed up Sunday afternoon to see if the guys could help us. Not only were they super friendly but also very helpful with the car. Even though they looked pretty busy they still kept me updated on the job. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family :) read more

Paul was amazing...very informative and he was able to rush a tire when no other shop was able to...saved my families vacation. Great service, I wish more places were this responsive to their customers needs!! read more

Plus 1 Performance is a great place to come get your car fixed. The employees are super friendly and the prices are pretty good. If your car is going to take a while to get done they are more than happy to take you home or to a restaurant to pass time. read more

Ask for Paul. He dropped $100 of my labor and costs because he couldn't find a cheaper price for my ball bearing part. He installed the most premium part for a reasonable price. I would recommend them for small to large automotive repairs. read more

Really friendly staff, clean waiting room. Paul was very nice. Will come back here for auto service needs.

Best Tire Shop (And Staff) I Ever Saw. I had a flat tire meltdown on a nearby mountain road, so we got VERY lucky when the tow-truck brought us to Plus 1 Performance. It was a Sunday and they were actually open on a holiday weekend, which was both amazing and fortunate. My tire size is uncommon, so we initially planned to leave the car overnight and then rent a car. Paul was all over the problem; calling other shops for the tire and also helping with a rental car as well. It was a stressful situation, since we live about 100 miles away and I would need to come back a day or two later. I was already impressed with Paul's customer service, but then his creativity impressed me even more when he found a perfectly-fitting used tire that would get us home. They were able to get the old melted and mangled tire replaced in less than an hour. During our wait, Paul walked me though 'Tires 101' and educated me on what I should be doing differently with the special type of tires required for my sports car. We did some web research and discussed the pros and cons of different brands and features. All of this excellent advice was provided with the assumption that he would not be getting the business since we lived so far away. He actually was able to find and recommend an excellent tire shop in our neighborhood. Wow. read more

I love this place. They just did a remodel on the office space. It looks great. The people are great to work with and help you out. Always honest and friendly. read more

Quality place. Really friendly and professional. You can tell right when you walk in that these guys are top notch. Office looks clean, plenty of space for work to be done. Never got the impression you get from other local shops if you know what I mean. Paul and his team are great company. Hassle free, and tries whatever they can if the price doesn't work for you. read more

Paul and his team were awesome! You were very helpful and informative and their service was very fast. I will be coming back for all my automotive needs and send everyone in need of a good shop their direction read more

Was referred by Nitto tire website. They had the wheels I was looking and ordered them. No UPSELLING, no hassle. Wheels and Tires came in just as were promised. Office staff very polite and easy to deal with. Bathroom was clean! Lobby was Clean. read more

If you need chains this is the place to go! I'm not normally a review writer but this company deserved it. After trying three sets at auto zone and failing miserably we went to pep boys who also had nothing to offer but sent us to Plus 1 Tire Pro. We came here and worked with Paul who helped us find the exact chains needed. We even tired on a few sets to see what we liked and to make sure they would fit properly. If you need chains skip auto zone or pep boys and go out of the way to Plus 1 Tire. The customer service is exceptional and they will fit you with exactly what you need. read more

Voicemail and website states that they would be open Sundays at 9am. I came by after 9 because I needed a tire patched and they aren't open. What kind of business doesn't update their voicemail and website when there are hours of operation changes. Pathetic, been a long time customer but that this will be the last time I decide to go here. read more

Stand-up operation. I had some work done and after about three months the parts failed. I went in and Paul took care of it without question. No drama not even a charge for the labor. They have never tried to sell me things I don't need and the service is prompt. read more

I can't write enough about this place. Their honest & professional customer service is unmatched anywhere I've been and their tire prices are extremely competitive. Paul has always price-matched any other tire prices. When it comes to tires and suspension there is no better shop! Now they sell the best brand in wheels-Centerline. read more

My wife called me this morning worried about the brakes going completely out in her mother's truck. I quickly googled shops in the area and found this one. Upon her arrival she was really impressed with how courteous and friendly everyone was. They did a free diagnostic and found that pads, calipers, and rotors needed to be replaced. The quote for all this was 1,400. Because it wasn't her car she had to wait around until her mom was out of work and ask her what she wanted to do. Again, they were very polite and understanding of the situation. My wife was there for four hours and was treated very nicely. After finally getting in contact with her mother, they decided to have it towed to their local garage in another town. Once again, my wife was amazed by their understanding, I was super glad that they were treating her so well. They got the truck towed to their local garage and their estimate for all three repairs was 285 with warranties. Be careful about who you trust, even the devil was an angel once. Dont trust a big butt and a smile. "Facts do not exist..only interpretations". Random quotes aside, our interpretaion of that situation is a negative one. read more

I have an older model Toyota Camry, about a year and a half ago it started doing this clunking and jerking when I stopped and sometimes when accelerating. I took it to three different mechanics, one twice, spent in excess of $ 2,000 and no one fixed the problem. Then I took it to Plus 1 Performance and they were able to fix the problem and I would highly recommend them!!! read more

This shop is very, very professional and know what they're talking about. Also friendly staff. My truck was a disaster mission and they took care of it when no one else would. They always kept me updated with everything going on day by day. Honest work with honest and good pricing. In my eyes, "A true blue collar shop" read more

I originally came here for tires several years ago and now come here for everything. The second my Lexus warranty was up, I made the move here for all of my vehicle's services and have not looked back. My family, friends and I have been extremely satisfied with their work. Thanks to great warranties, the tire coverage is wonderful. I feel completely safe in the car with the service it gets. The car is going on ten years old and still runs great, I am sure, thanks to their service. A few years ago, my car nearly drowned when I drove it into a puddle of water while on my way to work during the storms of 2009 or 2010 that was deceptively larger than it appeared. My car was hydro locked and I thought my car would never drive again. When all hope was seemingly lost, they were my car's last ray of hope. After I had the car taken to their garage, they managed to resuscitate it and within hours it was running like nothing had happened. They were also kind enough to give me updates throughout the day-- so pretty much after that amazing feat, I will always trust their work. Overall, they provide excellent customer service, are reliable and take their quality work very seriously. read more

Had a nail in my tire and they fixed it quickly. Great customer service, I would recommend coming here for your auto needs!

Amazing experience!! definitely recommend! told them I need to have my car back before work and they had it done on time . they also different have the tires in stock that I bought from them so they gave me better tires for the same price :) read more

This is the shop to bring your car or truck for tires and alignments! I have old cars that other shops couldn't or wouldn't do alignments on and Plus One Performance did a great job with them! The staff is always friendly and professional and my car is always done on time! Who could ask for more! Thanks Plus One!!! read more

Been a long time customer. However, I will no longer go here. First, the price is no longer competitive. Secondly, management seems to have adopted some of the bad practices with up sale; high pressure; and "customer-based", instead of service-based, pricing. For my last service, had brake pads replace. Total prices for the job was north of $550. I should have walk out and gone to Master Brakes in Redlands. Unfortunately, I have had decent service from this place before, a set of tires, multiple oil changes, one alignment service, and one major engine service. At those times, the prices weren't low, but the sale person always explain what is done, and offer any discount that is currently run by the shop. In other word, I had some trusts. This turn out to be mis-guided. One, I learned later that there was a special on brake service. I suspect it is not offer unless you asked. Two, I discovered that everything was replaced, the pad, the pinning, and the rotor. I was never asked if I wanted these done. Everything was included. I understand that Plus One has a right to do this as a business. As a consumer, I am going to take future business elsewhere. read more

Quick friendly service! Was in and out and very satisfied with my experience. Will be returning for all future maintenance!!

I went here for flat fix and was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then I waited 2 1/2 hours while hearing every customer being traded up to more expensive services such as tire warranty, break repairs, and shock absorbers. They were trying to explain why my tire could not be fixed and I needed to buy a new one. It was a holiday so I told them to mount the temporary spare and get me out of there. The next day, I went to my regular tire store who had to undo their work and start all over again. That tire I was told could not be fixed, my regular shop fixed that one about 5,000 miles ago. Run for your life! read more

What an amazing shop. On December 22 and it's pouring rain. My dad told me, my tire looks flat and needed to put my spare on. I was frustrated because I still needed to get people Christmas gifts and did not need to buy a tire at this moment. I didn't have a jack in my car so, I drove to places that may have one. I drove to Plus One and I met Paul, he saw my concern and asked how he can help me. I ask him if I may borrow a jack so I can put my spare on. He said, just bring your car in the shop and we'll do it for you. I was surprised by the response I got so, I drove my car to the shop and he said my tire is still good. He told one of his crew members to check my tires and my tire was low. Not only he check that tire he also checked all my tires including my spare tire. All this was done without a charge. I'm thankful and very pleased by the welcoming as well as the service that I got. I highly recommend to go to Plus One and ask for Paul. Happy holidays, thanks Paul! :) read more

SUPER AWESOME!! The best forget about the rest! Customer service on point! Check them out!

I came in because of the special they ran in the Pennysaver for alignment. 3 hours later I was done. The employees were commenting it was a slow Saturday. Well I wonder how long it would take on a busy Saturday. No feedback from the alignment like everything looked good, etc. Just throw me the diagnostic and have me figure out what -32 means on the camber. While I was there I got the impression that this was for the rich-those who could toss around some bucks and get add-ons, performance this and that. Not a place for me to do business, even though I live in the East Highlands Ranch and own 2 houses there. While there I heard other issues on service-one lady called to check on her car and good thing she did. The mechanic had abandoned it and left it for the supervisor to test drive, but it was just sitting there with no one working on it. They had someone come in about smog check and they sent them to downtown Highland, even though East Highlands Auto Tech next door does smog check. Figure that out? I came here several years ago and I have wondered why I never came back, now I know. read more

Be ready for the upcharge. Got a quote for a coolant flush the evening before. I was told it would be $120 parts and labor. Since I had my own coolant (vehicle requires a special kind) I was told it would be $60 off. However when it was written up the following morning it ended up being $114 (only $6 less than the quote the evening prior including all parts and labor). They reduced the cost to $78.75 when I threatened to cancel the WO. read more

I always get a great deal from Paul when I go there, great service and professional atmosphere. Thank you Paul.

Very helpful service. Needed a tire patch and they got it done quick for me on a Saturday. I thought that 33$ was a bit much to fix a tire though. I was expecting about half that - though I admit I did not ask for a price beforehand. read more

The owner Paul, the cute manager (Deborah?) and staff are very honest, reliable and friendly. I had a flat tire near this shop and happen to talk to the owner. After removing the tire, he took the time to show me that the leak was caused by the tire wearing unevenly (factory flaw on my car) and took the time to show me the damaged tire, so I was comfortable purchasing two brand new replacement tires for much cheaper than dealer, in stock! While I was at it, I asked him to change my oil, and after taking a glance at it, informed me that he could, but did not recommend it because my oil was still fresh. (synthetic oil lasts longer these days.) Thank you so much for your honesty, and I will be back for sure! Highly recommended! read more

I highly recommend this tire shop, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. The people are great here, all very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions and really helped me out of a tough situation. They will take care of you and your vehicle the right way here from my experiences, and that's how to run a business properly in my opinion. Bring your rides up here you won't be disappointed. read more
