Before even coming out, he took time to try to help us troubleshoot the issue, which we really appreciated. After arriving, he was able to clearly explain the situation, walk us through our options, and provide quotes for several jobs. We ultimately hired him to remove the extra pipe and reroute the dishwasher water supply to the kitchen sink, and he did a great job. He was professional, informative, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When our motion sensor kitchen faucet started giving us trouble at the end and the hot water would not stop running, he went above and beyond by contacting Moen for us, helping get a replacement part sent out, and then coming back to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He was also very respectful of our home, including wearing boot covers, and his pricing felt fair for the quality of work and service he provided. It's not always easy to find someone who is skilled, responsive, and genuinely helpful, but Daniel was all of those things. We really appreciated his professionalism and follow through, and we highly recommend Cardona Plumbing.

He cleaned up well, showed up on time and answered all questions very professionally. He has a friendly and positive outlook and always smiling. We even shared a few laughs when talking about home improvement projects. He grew up locally in Pleasanton, I reckon, so it's nice to support local business owners. We opened the sewage cap, saw backflow water, and after trying to snake it ourselves, found out there were tree roots in our sewage pipe. Al arrived in the early morning and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed us the camera footage so we could actually see where the problem was, and explained what a spot repair would involve versus replacing the whole sewer line which was unnecessary in our situation. He worked efficiently, cleaned everything up before he left, and was friendly throughout the whole process. Thank you Al!

Savior was recommended by our neighbor who previously had the same issues, and they gave a competitive quote. Jaime was excellent, completing the repairs in just a few hours. Everything worked well for a couple months until the backflow valve leaked this month. Apparently one of the reused shutoff valve parts broke and caused the leak. Jaime again fixed it quickly and efficiently at no cost since it was under warranty. Unfortunately some dirt debris was introduced into the line and the backflow valve caught it, did its job, and gushed water out the evening of the repairs when the irrigation timer came on. I spoke with Tom, Savior's owner, who explained everything that happened and came out with Jaime to discuss in person. Jaime flushed the line and reset the backflow valve. I appreciate that Tom came out to explain the situation and ensure I was satisfied with the service repairs. It's good to have the personal touch from a local company.
